So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Below is my non-raid boss character:

Core: Swift

Gee. I wonder if the Raid Boss Fan knows EXACTLY what he's doing. It's almost as if his name wasn't ironic or something.
It's getting awfully hard to ignore someone who's starting to cause us trouble.
I've noticed. But right now, he's not our concern.

Black WarGreymon: And again, another stupid fight have been done. *sigh* I'm starting to get tired of these foes not giving us a good fight. Though, I do admit, he did put up a good fight.

Magnet Bomber: Well now what? There got to be something we can do to show that "ultimate warrior" that we are worthy.?

...Huh. Well, I'm not sure if I can really say if this whole thing was significant in any way or not.

Ninja Man glances over to RBF.

...Aside from ONE potential problem. Not entirely a fan of the Fan actually being a threat to us than a joke.
Meh, he's not important. We'll worry about him if we have to.
Final Scores

Mighty - 28506*
RadiatedWraith - 20559*
RedBomber - 15411*
Lushkk - 1856
Ch4s3man - 1284
Tedd - 351
RotomSlashBlast - 301
NintendoPanda - 198
Beta Shadow - 45
HighTower - 30
YD - 28

The winner is, once again, Mighty!

...But considering how he turned down this month's Raid Boss role, whether or not he'll be the next raid boss is up to him. If Mighty turns it down (again), I'll hand it over to RadiatedWraith and go down the list from there.
*These scores have been extremely downplayed. I'd do so even more if it made any real difference (it doesn't).

The Raid Boss Fan barely moves...instead just staring downwards towards one of his many heroes now defeated like the others.
*sniff*
Wiping away his monitor, he simply walks away into the horizon, not looking back.

...With this the crisp autumn wind greets you all home...though you notice that it seems to be a bit warmer than usual...

Godkiller Glass finally lands with a loud thud and Artifenix continues to hunt for blueprints. Stache is nowhere to be seen...like usual.

The group sits around the last place they were before the raid.

...Still no sign of either of them... Could they still be out there doing those other things?
Probably. I've expected Sir "Holier-than-thou" to bail on us, but that Fire Emblem guy seemed like he was really willing to help.

A figure walks past them to talk to the shopkeeper nearby. A group of 3 Coupons in hand (-3 Crown Coins), they simply buy a Skill (-375 Zenny) and go on their merry way.

Those other missions didn't sound too hard, though. Not too hard... Maybe they got lost along the way?

Yeah, you're right. Sucks to b-

Ninja Man then jumps at the sudden appearance of this new entity.

Gyah! Who- No, forget WHO you are... What are you even supposed to BE? Some kinda post-apocalyptic bird-frog mutant!?

Bane...tem...? The hell kinda name is that?

Am I supposed to know who those two are?

Wait, it's actually you guys? How did YOU manage to survive Betan? And what's with this... fusion thing you've got going on?

(That's a pleasant picture...)
I guess that makes sense. But what brings you guys here?

Yeah, well, hopefully we'll be able to change that after this next raid boss.

One explanation later...

Basically. Even if you ended up having to survive like... this, the fact that you survived at all is a feat of its own, so do you think you could help us out?

Great! Another fine addition to the team! A fine addition, SQUAWK!

Banetem proceeds to create a blade-like flame in attempt to cut through the crystal cage. The rest of the group, meanwhile, huddled up.

Anyway, missing teammates aside, there has been a slight problem that I have noticed from us recently.
Is it that some of us aren't exactly acting like the heroes we're trying to be?
What? No. The problem is that we STINK. I mean, look at everyone else compared to us...

That Hellion girl gets stronger for every stat buff the ENEMY has...

Limstella and L00t both lead with moves that greatly empower ALL allies that are Flame, Electric, Wind, Light, Shadow, or Empty core, including themselves, which makes their already impressive arsenal even moreso...

Valkyrie could boost us greatly with her Sacred Revival, and she could make it- and herself- more potent with Light Scourge... And that was BEFORE Sleipnir came along with his ability to move TWICE and bring Valkyrie in for a turn via horseyback ride.

And then there's Punch Man and Best Man, both of which are practically physical POWERHOUSES. (Even if the latter is as fragile as a glass house that's already cracked.)

Even that Raid Boss Fan- annoying as he may be- gets stronger alongside the raid boss itself, and can even potentially boost his stats beyond the regular 5-stat limit.

Meanwhile, what do we have to offer for the team? Lowering their Speed stat by a single stage? Finding weaknesses and resistances? A completely unreliable skill!?
Hey! Just you wait until my skill with Cores make me the group MVP! Group MVP, SQUAWK!

The point is, we need to find some way to be more of use to the team. Otherwise, what are we even doing around here!?

Suddenly, Banetem returns to the group after having helped out (or tried to, at least) Daisy.

Banetem holds out a couple of coins.

Seem like Crown Coins to me- ours, more specifically. So apparently we DO all share a wallet...

Banetem turns the attention towards the training booth made by the T-verse gang.

Even with those three coupons, we'd still only have enough to buy two.

Catching onto what Banetem is suggesting, the group looks to each other, then back to Banetem.

...How many coins have we got?
Moments later, three coupons and a sack of a total of 3,750 Zenny are slapped onto the counter of the T-verse's Training booth. Ninja Man, Gagaku, Reggae, Sergeant Man, and Banetem all surround the counter.

...Fight.
...Before I move onto the changes to my characters, some mentions:

1. For the record, this is a total of all 6 of my Crown Coins converted into 3,000 Zenny. This is then added onto the previous 812 Zenny I've already had. With the Coupons taken into consideration, I should have 62 Zenny remaining.
2. Since there are some of you who have a lot of Zenny, I've decided to limit the purchases of a few items...

Level Ups - Nobody may purchase level ups to make themselves any higher than the current biggest level amongst the players. This ALSO means that the person who is ALREADY at the highest level amongst players cannot buy this item at ALL.
Weapon Slots and Upgrades - Weapon Slots and Weapon Upgrades now each have a limit of 5 purchases between raids. (Weapon Slots from level ups do NOT count towards this.) Also, I lowered the cost of Weapon Slots to 1250.
3. Ch4s3, if you want Daisy added to the list, then that's fine. But I need actual STATS to work with.

With that all out of the way, onto the changes!

...Which'll be on the next post because I am out of character space.

Princess Daisy:
Energy: 300
Weapons: 50
Attack: 55
Defense: 40
Speed: 90

Princess Daisy: Okay, I have no idea what you guys talking about your friends over there, but we got to get out of here.

Magolor: Why's that?

Princess Daisy: Because this place look like it was destroyed by someone and I think we should go a safer place than this place where buildings could be destroyed at any time.

(3 + 4 + 5 + 6 = 18) | (16 + 18 + 24 + 18 + 22 = 98)

Seeing Ninja man and Co slap down the zenny and the coupons on the desk, Gyro T picks up the coupons and inspects them, before opening the bag of zenny and dumping them on the counter, sorting through them

gyro-man_alt3...everything seems to be correct here...

Gyro T then swipes up the zenny, and hands the coupons back to ninja man, on the other side of the counter, Blast T stares in the direction of the group, a grin slowly creeping onto his face as DusT and STar both look at each other and nod

gyro-man_alt3Alright, Your training starts now, please keep your personal belongings close to you at all times. This training will only stop for emergencies.

BlasT then jumps onto the counter, laughing maniacally, and pulling out his bazooka

gyro-man_alt3 Screaming is not an emergency.

Effect: Censors the target for 3 turns, making their moves have -50% less accuracy. Also applies a 2-turn Taunt to the user.

Reggae Overdrive
Core: Explode/Missile | Cost: 25 WE
Effect: The user prompts to merge with an ally of their choice; If accepted, the user's stats, including 50% of the user's Energy and WE, as well as the user's movepool, will be added to the ally. The ally will also be able to make 2 moves in 1 turn. However, the user will not be able to move or be targeted while the merge is active. Both units will share points, EXP, and Zenny earned whilst merged. The merge will last until the ally is disabled, switches out, or chooses to deactivate the merge on their own (this consumes no action from either party).

The dim light from his monitor served as the only way to show his location, that being on a dark gray rock surrounded by an empty sea. Previously, the machine had transferred the web in search of various mulan and information about his idols but now... it was with a sense of anger, evidenced by how quickly he was brushing past text and hand drawn images that had once helped to pass the days away, instead finding the Strategy column of Beta Diablo. Typing quickly on Notepad, something catches his eye. As if by some force, their mouse slowly hovered over the flashing image and clicked.
...
...
Sodoma's Garden

Artifenix can be seen hammering away at a massive construction consisting of straw, hundreds of massive tubes, and wooden beams acting as support. Wiping some sweat off of his brow, a voice shouts from behind.
What's this odd contraption?
Turning round like a corkscrew, he's face to face with none other than an arms-crossed Stache.
Woah! Scared me! ...I haven't seen you in...ever.
What is the purpose of this mechanism?
Oh...uh..So...at the very top..is...
As Artifenix explained that the construction was a basin for an automatic sprinkler system, Stache registers various tools on a workbench and a few opened blueprints.
And that's it.
Hmm...interesting. Primitive yes but it does fulfill the task, albeit costly.
Thank...you? Speaking of costly, I got to head back to the shop to buy some more wood.
...If you're looking for earth-born lumber, I saw some outside the base, near the south. Round 100lb.
Really? What kind?
Wha-why would I know that?
Uh...yeah you're right...anyways…thank you!
Faster than the alien expected, Artifenix bolts out, his tools already in the bag somehow. Once he's out of sight, Stache looks back to the machine and shakes his head.
I predict this thing will last less than a month. Sides, it's unnecessary, I've cracked the code behind it. All this will be good for tinder. ...Hmm, that reminds me of why I came back.
A UI pops out and flips between various menus, eventually settling on a temperature gauge. Notably, it seems to be reading off a different measurement.
Global heat has increased around 0.7EHN in a day. For a world that's supposed to be dead...where is this heat coming from? I figured it's because of the increased number of residents but with how many I accounted for, it should only have raised to 0.1 max. Whatever's going on...
It can't be natural.
