Mega Man RPG: Take the Crown

So, I had this idea in mind for quite some time now, and I figured now would be a fun time to start it. There's no story since it's just kicking the of an overpowered monstrosity while simultaneously getting your own kicked by said overpowered monstrosity, so I'll just get straight to the rules:

1. Everyone must create their own base character. Each character has 30 stat points to give to each of the stats below:
Energy - The amount of damage your character can take. Every point towards this stat is multiplied by 20.
Weapons - The amount of weapon energy you have. Every point towards this stat is doubled.
Attack - The strength of your attacks.
Defense - How much is reduced from attacks dealt to you.
Speed - Dictates turn order.

Each player must also give their character the following:

Icon - A mugshot to represent your character. (Optional)
Core Type - The element of which your character is strongest with. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger and cost 2/3 of Weapon Energy.
Sub Type - The element of which your character is second strongest with. Attacks of this element are 25% stronger and cost 3/4 of Weapon Energy. (Optional)
Weakness - The element of which your character is weak against. Attacks of this element are 50% stronger against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
Resistance - The element of which your character is strong against. Attacks of this element are 50% weaker against you. Can have up to 2 and no less than 1.
3 Abilities - Can be either of your own creation or chosen from the Weapons Library. See Rule #11 for more detail.

These type-based features can be ANY elemental type featured within MMRPG itself. This INCLUDES types such as Empty, Energy, Light, etc.
2. At the start of each month, a new raid boss appears. This raid boss will be the same level as the highest-level player and will have the same stat points available to them, except that the raid boss will have infinite health.
3. The goal of the game is to deal as much damage to the Raid Boss as possible. The person who deals the most damage to the raid boss by the end of the month becomes the next raid boss.
4. After every 1,000 damage, the multiplier of the raid boss' stats increase, making them stronger.
5. If a player loses all their health, they will be unable to act for one turn; Afterwards, they will return to battle with all health and weapon energy, but they will also drop all stat buffs/debuffs that were placed on them.
6. Players will recover 1 Weapon Energy on each turn; All players will also have a 0-WE Buster Shot weapon that they can use to conserve WE, or for if they are out of Weapon Energy.
7. If a player does not post an action after ~24 hours since their last post, their turn will be automated.
8. After a raid boss leaves, the player with the most cumulative damage will become the next raid boss. Raid Bosses are created via private messages to me either through the site or through Discord so that their elemental weaknesses and resistances can remain hidden.
8.5. You can choose to either create a new raid boss or reuse/add features to an old one.
9. While participating as the raid boss, the user will be unable to participate in the raid as their none-raid character.
10. Additionally, cumulative damage for each player is converted into experience points. Players with enough experience will level up upon being disabled or reaching the end of the raid, receiving:
-10 more stat points that they can give to any stat they desire
-Another new weapon every even-numbered level (created or library)
-And that's it lol
11. Weapons have five aspects:
Core Type - 1-2 elements that control what Weaknesses or Resistances are triggered.
Cost - How much Weapon Energy is required to use the move.
Accuracy - The chance a move has of succeeding.
Power - The strength of a move. Limit of 15 Damage, +15 more per 2 WE cost
Effect - Any additional effects the move can have (multiple hits, stat changes, etc.) Limit 1, +1 per 4 WE cost. See Page 1, Post #4 for additional detail.
12. These events are typically made with no story to them; However, if you wish to provide story and/or dialogue to make things more interesting, feel free.
13. Keep in mind that everything here is mostly experimental at the moment; If there is ANYTHING that you feel that needs rebalancing, do NOT be afraid to tell me so.

Matomi uses Razor Guard, nullifying any damage dealt to her thanks to her Haze Stance.

Alloy Yellow use Lighting Barrage: Reggae takes 60 damage!

Alloy Blue use Marine Nightmare: Django takes 75 damage!

Alloy Red use Magma Bazooka: Cloud T takes 110 damage and is Ablaze!

Alloy Green use Tree Fall: Yamcha takes 75 damage!

Reggae uses four Impressions: One of Matomi, using Voltaic Charge on Alloy Blue for 6 damage; One of Roy, using Blazing Blade on Alloy Green for 3 damage and inflicting a Burn for 3 turns; One of Hellion Lady, summoning Anti-Omni Remnant N, and Guard Man NEO, firing a Buster Shot at Alloy Yellow to land 35 shots for a total of 55 damage!

Alloy Green: Take him too. He's funny.

Alloy Blue: We're not looking for anyone funny. Funny is useless.

PIRATE fires Artificial Claw Beams at Alloy Red for 41 damage and Alloy Blue for 31 damage. PIRATE's Ruthless skill increases their Attack and Speed.

Paradox Man uses Time Saver again, then unleashes two Dimensional Shakers, dealing a total of 75 damage to himself, 675 damage to Reggae, 2 damage to Morph Man and Django thanks to the Core Shields, 225 damage to Mugman, 0 damage to Matomi thanks to her Haze Stance Razor Guard, and 450 damage to everyone else.

Alloy Red: Okay, can you stop doing that. It not fun when you take out your own crew.

Multiplier increased to x8!

Yamcha tries again to hit Green Alloy with Rushed Kamehameha, but misses again.

Alloy Green: Miss again.

Cloud T uses energizing jolt on Calx

Django tries to summon Otenko, but it is already there.

Morph Man uses Top Spin again on Alloy Red, this time hitting 5 times for a total of 10 damage.

Alloy Red: A little better, but not good enough.

Calx uses Scrap Coffin on Alloy Yellow, but misses.

Alloy Yellow: Oh god, that was a close one.

One of PIRATE's Security Drones land a Visor Scramble on Alloy Green, decreasing their accuracy by 10% for 2 turns. Another tries to do the same to Alloy Blue, but misses.

Alloy Blue: You can not do that to me. I'm the smartest Alloy here.

Sarah Oasis: Just keep fighting...please.

Alloy Blue then starts writing down something on a notebook.

718 damage until next multiplier!

You're not going to avoid it twice in a row, that's for sure.

Calx does Scrap Coffin again, and Earth Power, both targeting Alloy Yellow.

Also, since Calx still had his Defense Booster equipped, that activates.

The Space Pirate scans the area with hostility in search of where the shaker came from before using Quick Reload. With the newly added WE, he overcharges his blaster(G.A.C. Override). Meanwhile the two Sentry Drones fall to the ground and explode from the Dimensional Shaker.

Paradox Man: Ok. I'll stop. But not because Alloy Red said it.
He uses Interdimensional Weapons(Bright Burst) and fires at Alloy Blue( if you use one weapon it doesnt consume AP) and then uses Time Saver, Energy Support EX and Buster Charges.(i'll start to keep track of my HP and stuff)
Hey bluey! How'd ya like having less attack? And how about getting all of your reasons to be here discovered? You really think you're the smartest here? I've spent years and years in different universes, and I know a literal CRAZY CANNON smarter than you!

But before Cuphead could hop onto the field, Reggae puts his wing up.

Hang on there, man. Those Alloys will annihilate you if you tried to go out there. They know how you fight, and they won't want to tolerate it.
Eh, I ain't too worried about it-
Don't just go and gamble away your life the way you gambled your soul to the Devil. Just go back to the apartment, man.
...Oh, alright. Come on, Mugsy.

Cuphead takes Mugman by the legs and drags him to the apartment. Chalice follows them in her incorporeal form.

...Which raises the question: Who's gonna take their place?

Hmmm...
I know the cube guy said he wasn't going to do as much Dimensional Shaking as he was earlier, but...

In the blink of an eye, Reggae leaves and immediately comes back with Harmonica.

Huh? Wait, where-
Today's your lucky day, Harmonica. This raid is your time to shine!
Wait, I'm not quite sure if I get what's going on here.
Well, basically, these guys are trying to take Sarah away to conquer the world or whatever, and we might need some buffs and/or debuffs.
Oh. Yeah, sure, I think I can do that.

Reggae returns focus to the fight, tossing 3 Anti-Tanks at Alloys Red, Yellow, and Blue. Meanwhile, the "Remnant" Metall simply fires off a Hell's Spark at Alloy Green.

Right, here goes!

Harmonica uses Focus Boost on Reggae to boost his attack!

Alloy Yellow use Hurricane Wind: Reggae takes 45 damage and is push out of the battle.

Alloy Blue use Marine Nightmare: Django takes 110 damage!

Alloy Red use Pyro Punch: Matomi takes 90 damage!

Alloy Green use Tree Fall: Yamcha takes 65 damage!

Paradox Man uses Interdimensional Weapons to strike Alloy Blue with a Bright Burst, dealing 4 damage and lowering their attack stat by 2 stages. They then use Time Saver, then recovers everyone's HP with Energy Support EX and his own WE with Buster Charge.

Alloy Blue: Okay, that was a good one.

PIRATE recovers WE with Quick Reload, then charges his G.A.C. Overdrive.

Yamcha tries once again to hit Alloy Green with a Rushed Kamehameha, but this time it succeeds, dealing 17 damage.

Cloud T strikes Alloy Blue with a Storm Bolt for 3 damage. The emissions strike Alloys Yellow and Green for 1 and 2 damage, respectively.

Alloy Blue: Sorry, you're not getting my notebook.

Django charges Gun Del Hel.

Morph Man uses Copy Capsule on Alloy Green, dealing 1 damage and copying Tree Fall.

Alloy Green: Hey. Not good.

Calx uses Scrap Coffin on Alloy Yellow for 4 damage, then Earth Power for 23 damage.

Alloy Yellow: Ah! Too many rocks throwing at me.

Harmonica uses Focus Boost on Reggae, but he's push out of battle.

Matomi uses Burnout Burst on Alloy Red, dealing 6 damage.

Ok. NOW i will be annoying. The difference is that I won't hurt my team for it.
He then uses Time Saver, Interdimensional Weapons(Bright Burst twice), both on Alloy Blue, ANOTHER INTERDIMENSIONAL WEAPONS(only one b. burst now) with no AP cost at alloy red, and uses Defense Support EX, raisibg everyone's defense by 2 stages.

Oh, yeah. Wants to kidnap Sarah so they could rule the world or something. I wonder if it has to do with her ability to grant wishes.



Oh, yeah, I kinda forgot about that. She's a wishmaker, but apparently she's cursed or something, making it so that anything she wishes for goes wrong.
Anyways, I think that was one of those moves where I'm supposed to be force-switched out, so if one of you wouldn't mind taking my place...
Not me, man; I'm still on break.

Yellow Alloy: Now's that karma for you to be annoying.

Alloy Blue use Ice Spike

Alloy Red use Blaze Dagger: Matomi takes 95 damage!

Alloy Green use Armadillo Shield: He use on himself, now he's protected from status effects.

PIRATE unleashes the G.A.C. Overdrive, dealing 41 damage to Alloy Red, 25 to Alloy Blue, 31 to Alloy Yellow, 21 to Alloy Green, and 480 damage to themself.

Alloy Blue: That is a risking attack, but you are a fool.

PIRATE takes 46 damage from the Ice Spike.

Yamcha follows up his successful Kamehameha with a Wolf Fang Fist to Alloy Green, landing two hits for 27 damage.

Cloud T strikes Alloy Blue again with a Storm Bolt for 3 damage. with emissions striking Alloy Yellow for 1 damage and Alloy Green for 2 damage.

Django unleashes the Gun Del Hel at Alloy Green, landing 6 hits for a total of 26 damage.

Morph Man uses Tree Fall on Alloy Yellow for 14 damage. Alloy Yellow Weakness: Nature

Alloy Yellow: AH! Okay, didn't expect that to happen.

Calx use Scrap Coffin on Alloy Red, dealing 4 damage.

Banetem uses Thunder Punch on Alloy Blue, dealing 4 damage.

Alloy Blue: Is that the best you got? I want to see you best attack.

Harmonica uses Focus Break on Alloy Green, but he's protect by the Armadillo Shield for this turn.

Alloy Green: Me smart.

Matomi uses Burnout Burst again on Alloy Red, dealing 6 damage. This time, however, she also inflicts Burnout, lowering their attack by 20% for 6 turns.

Alloy Red: Okay...now you're making me weak. Nobody make me weak!

Sarah Oasis: (Oh...what am I suppose to do? If I do something, they'll capture me. I must my magic, but I told them that I was curse. *sigh* Why did I make that up.)

429 damage until the next multiplier

(Waut, the bright bursts should have worked! I don't have any other party member, so I'm not out of the battle!(i think))
That hurt, but you can't blow me away. I have no one to take my place. That's the good thing of being a lone wolf. Now taste REAL karma for trying to kidnap someone Yellow boi!
He uses Inter Weapons(Search snake),fires wit no AP cost, and uses another inter weapons(Leaf Shield and Leaf fall) at alloy yellow AGAIN.
That should teach you the real meaning of karma.

@ch4s3man : I changed weapons used. Was getting annoying sorry. But Hurricane Wind only blows someone away if they have another character. That is not the case. So the only effective use of Hurricane Wind there is dealibg STUPID damage to me since I'm weak to Wind attacks.
In other words... my bright bursts should have worked. But life goes on. Sorry. Forget the b bursts. That's too op anyway.
