The void... An omniversal junkyard, the place where dead worlds decompose...
And with all that, a place of exile for those who break the council's world code.
An empty, barren white landscape...
Or so it may seem.
Wastelandish, completely unpredictable "warps" mysteriously form within it, as if the void's own attempts to form new worlds. Remaining a place of exile, yet serving as homes for it's... Strange inhabitants.
The following documents shall serve as storage of important introduced mechanics and warps, making it easier to "get on track":

Optional guidelines for roleplay:
• Be original. I'm not going to stop you from playing silver from sonic the hedgehog or boyfriend from friday night funkin'(because that would be mean), but I'd very much appreciate it if you made your own characters for this roleplay.
• The Void is where dead universes go to decay, so you absolutely could find timefrozen scraps(ranging from half a payphone to entire galaxies complete with their original laws of physics) of them slowly turning to nothingness or even living stragglers, the former being quite common and a good way to restock on supplies!
• While you can go in and out of the Void from various universes both on purpose and on accident, making room for canonical crossovers, these are very rare occurences. It's still a giant, glitchy and dangerous trash heap, not your fast travel method. Additionally, too much time in the Void brings significant penalties to those who don't already belong to it.
• The general theme is very similar to stuff like ENA and LSD Dream Emulator, so you could look there for inspiration if you wish. (Also also warps work almost exactly like the different places do in temptation stairway if you're confused)
• Another place for inspiration is the documents, you could make characters around the mechanics or warps listed in them
The rules to be followed by all:
• Respect boundaries people set for their roleplays. As in, just don't be Mr. teleports-everywhere-solves-everything when nobody calls for it
• Be respectful to others and don't use swears in excess. If you really must, at least
ing censor them, you ing ! (It also makes the swearing funnier)
• Don't take any kind of personal drama into this, and please give people calm feedback if you think they are making mistakes somewhere. Just try your best to make everyone feel welcomed.
And so, the tales of the void begin...

With the man on it, the platform flies up, keeping a distance from the ship before gently dropping down to the deck. It's rather large and flat with several stalks down the middle on which large brass helicopter blades spin. It's also oddly quiet compared to the viewpoint from below.
Also there is a short mechanic figure clad in brass, except for his arms which are covered in a pristinely white material with black padded palms.

After descending a metal stairwell, the two find themselves in the cargo space of the ship, cluttered with various chests and boxes and in-progress doodads. MIDI digs through one crate, procuring a singular can of Beans. He holds it surprisingly fondly in his hands. This, however, isn't because of some semantic value it may have. Orange light dances around the can, seemingly warming it up to just the right temperature for consumption. He then tosses it to the amnesiac together with a spectral spoon he also conjured on the spot.

MIDI? Did you get the Crab-Crab from that one beach place? I sort of need it form my next vehicle thing I'm gonna sell in 9 hours or so. Also, I may or may not have found a lead on one of our goal areas here in the void.

Hold on... I coulda sworn that... forget I said anything earlier, listen, since apparently, I was being a psycho bastard ever since I ended up here in this void place so uh... look, I may or may not have made a map while I was said bastard. So maybe that can lead to new places on trying to re-meet up with you and probably some of the others. So if need be, I can catch up with ya's and maybe have a night out on like, something that resembles a casino at least.

The image within the orb completes itself, allowing one to see a three-dimensional projection of Trio's immediate surroundings in it: a dull room with some staticky monitors in it.
Alright, time to get this show on the road!
MIDI quickly runs up a few sets of stairs, ending up in the airship's bridge, a rather spacious room reminiscent of a pseudo-steampunk variant of a Starfleet vessel's. All the computers exhibit signs of heavy modding and a large crystal ball is fixed in a pedestal in front of the captain's seat. He runs up to this one and clinks it with the smaller one, seemingly transferring the projection between them. Sitting in the chair, he conjures a spectral keyboard and mouse, types in some things and clicks others as the various screens littered about the other vacant seats come to life, displaying navigation data and such. It makes no sense, but it making no sense makes sense because the Void's spacetime continuum makes no sense. A large button appears on the sphere, replacing the keyboard and mouse.
Aaand...
MIDI hits it.
Engage.
The ship shakes briefly as the propulsion engines start up, accelerating forward. From the large windows of the room something can be seen ahead of the ship. Orange energy forms lines in the air just ahead of the ship, slowly shaping into symbols and then a full enormous magic circle. From its middle comes a bright flash, which upon subsiding leaves behind a visible gateway to another location. The ship speeds through it, accelerated further by a force pulling it through, exiting through the other side just as the portal collapses.
