- No Light Bots allowed this is Wily Castle not Light Labs
- No Cossack Bots allowed this is Wily Castle not Cossack Citadel
- The King Numbers are allowed
- I will allow MegaMan because well you know thats like his thing to bust in unannounced and just beat the crap out of everyone in the castle but try to keep that to a minimum
- Yes ocs are allowed and yes they have to be Wily Bots
- chill and enjoy

Starman was frankly just standing around,not really doing much at the moment,holding an E tank in his hand,he took a dramatic sigh
