Welcome, one and all, to Part 2 of the Chaos Zone. For part 1, please refer to here. Or don't. That thread was incredibly long... Which, basically, is why Part 2 exists.
In case you don't know, or have forgotten, the purpose of this thread is to be as overpowered as you like (or, tastefully so, I suppose) so that you won't have any need to do so in other threads.
This thread is the continuation- NOT a reboot- of where we left off in Part 1. Here is a rather brief summary of those events:
- A guy named Beta Devil tries to stir some
. This fails and he dies. However, now there are two universes, the second of which is based off of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon universe.
- A guy named Worship tries to stir some. This fails, and now he shares a body with a guy named Walter. (Worship is currently in control, however, but he's better now. Ish.)
- A group of 6 robots tries to conquer the world. This fails horribly, and the robots retire from this.
- A person with connection to the Dead Zone (basically the afterlife, but personalized to suit the individual) is badly harmed, causing portals from the Dead Zone to open up everywhere. The portals are eventually closed.
- During the above events, a man named Jazz combines with various forms of corruption to try and destroy the Earth. He fails and dies. (But he comes back later as not a villain)
- A trio of Badniks tries to stir some. This fails, but instead of dying, they proceed to lurk in shadows.
- During the above events, a Battle Network version of Trio tries to stir some. This fails, and he is sealed away.
- As a group of heroes tries to celebrate a milestone of pages (of which we're never doing that ever again), A Somari version of Bowser tries to conquer the world. He fails, but is still alive and plotting.
- Also during above events, the Anti-Matt (essentially an evil, all-powerful god that is also WAA HAA HEE from Sr Pelo) tries to form. This fails, and they have been erased by Matt (from Wii Sports) himself.
- A being named Regulus tries to destroy all of existence. It fails, but it's a rather hollow victory, since Regulus (reverted to Proto MKII) is still alive managed to stay alive, until he didn't, and we only won because of a Chuck-Ex Machina.
- A group named the UKR tries to spread their message across the world. However, a creature they worked with known as Grey Matter used them for its own purposes... This, however, was stopped. (The UKR, meanwhile, is... A complicated matter that has been decided to leave be for now.)
- Beta Devil, revived from the Dead Zone portals, begins to stir up again. Meanwhile, so does a robot named Coda, the trio of Badniks from before, and several other villains, making it a callback to (mostly) all above events, which is where we left off.
Understood? No? Great, then you're ready for Chaos Zone Part II.
But first, some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. (Consult this list for characters who have already been reserved.) Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations, levels of power, and ranking in the hierarchy. And in case you want to know the hierarchy, here it is from strongest to weakest...
Kirby- Reincarnation of the Omni-King, creator of the original Multi-Omniverse of the Internet. Is also everyone's friend.
Matt and Cranky Kong- Matt from Wii Sports himself, and the original Donkey Kong. Created the current Multi-Omniverse of the Internet together.
Shaggy Rogers and Robbie Rotten- Two of the most powerful memes in the Multi-Omniverse, under Matt and Cranky. Has trained under Matt himself, and are the origins of Good and Evil, respectively.
Adrian Marceau- Also known as "Ageman" or "Great Deity Adrian". The creator of the MMRPG Community/Omniverse. Despite his ranking in the hierarchy, ANYTHING he says related to the MMRPG Omniverse takes the upmost priority.
MegaBossMan and Rhythm- Co-Admins of the MMRPG Community (The latter having been recently promoted).
MMRPG Moderators- Exactly as said on the tin.
Reapers/Prototypers/Users- The entities responsible for creating the Universes (threads) within the MMRPG Omniverse, as well as the people within those Universes. The 3 above roles are technically of the same label, but with a higher status. Most other kinds of gods and goddesses are equal to or slightly lower in the hierarchy as this rank, depending on that god or goddess' role.
Pseudoreapers/Avatar Characters- Characters that are typically used to represent the Reaper, but doesn't quite meet the requirements to be a Reaper. (Ex. Owner of an Alt Account, a Character that a Reaper uses as a pfp or avatar)
Characters- Basically, everyone else. Makes up the population of a Universe.
That should cover that. Enjoy.

The System Bot blasts the door open, revealing that their once forbidden alter has now been turned into a man cave. Again.
Get out of my room! I'm trying to play MMRPG!
Suddenly Usurp throws a trident at the Corrupted System Bot, sending him flying out of the room.
Fire everything we got.
What about the structural integrity?

Nick lowers his buster...only to raise it and fire a rocket into the room, destroying his monitor in the process.
I don't care if we have to destroy the whole tower! No one makes a mockery out of-
A trident to the face cuts Nick off.

The other system bots begin firing on Usurp, who simply tanks them as he walks towards the door.
I got this.
On cue, a system bot fires a large laser cannon, sending Usurp flying into the wall. He slumps to the floor...
Now get this garbage out of here. The fact that we're behind over 2 upgrades is unacceptable.
Yes sir.
As the bots enter the room, a meteor falls from the sky, crushing them.
What?
As the meteor fades, another Wave Man stands before them.
Go find some other fool to lose to. You're wasting our time.
Usurp? makes it rain meteors, crushing more of the system bots, including Nic. As Nic cuts one of the rocks, he finds a new door has appeared, locked shut.

Sir. What should we-
Set the alter room somewhere else. With some of these...restrictions removed, we'll be able to eliminate them easily.
As Usurp-x rises from the floor, the real Usurp helps him up.
Come on. We got some lost pride to get back.
U-x simply nods his head before spawning in another chair and laptop. As U-X sits down, Usurp watches out the window for any more "distractions".

And there we are! Ascetics complete! I've also upscaled this from about the size of a city in Michigan to about the size of Greenland. No, I don't mean that giant hunk of ice where Santa Claus supposedly lives, I'm talking about the place that SHOULD be called Greenland but for some dumb reason they called it Iceland instead.
Now, gentlemen, and ladies, look, AND BEHOLD!♪ Mega Man X ~ Stage Selected ♫
By the way, I'm calling it the Anti-Devil Hallow now. It's a much simpler name, if I say so myself. This baby might not have legs, but that's to reduce drag, as it can straight-up levitate. Those arms float as well, and it's been equipped with TONS of Anti-Devil Hallow based attacks. For example, it might not look like it, but it's got TONS of guns, as well as the classic Immunity Piercer. It can also use any moves or skills the pilot knows, but on a much grander scale. As for defenses, it has four MicroCorp HXS Class Z force-field generators, which are essentially like the Class C but with defensive power cranked up to a billion, plus an advanced version of Eternatum, the stuff Phantasm's mask is made of. In Phantasm's case, it didn't provide much in defensive power due to it mostly protecting the inner mask- wow, I can't believe I just said "inner mask". Anyway, Eternatum is a material I spawned into existence somehow that takes Ceratanium and whatever the hell most X series reploids are made out of (which I'm gonna call Lightonium so it's not as much of a mouthful) and makes that crap look so fragile that even glass would probably survive a direct impact with it at FTL. Now as for power output, the Hallowitzer has like 92 hundred Gravitron Pulse-Wave generators crammed into a little pocket dimension in its core, same with the MicroCorp XCS Class Zs. The cockpit is also lowered into a separate area of the pocket dimension as to minimize damage to the pilot, and with that double-triple-quadruple-f
tuple-layered Eternatum armor, and while the size might not be a clear indicator, it can zip around at incredibly fast speeds, even by Greenland-sized robot standards. Oh yeah, and did I mention it's immune to pretty much all forms of Anti-Omni Corruption? Yeah, you don't want to end up on the receiving end of THIS thing. I've also thrown some of my own moves in there for good measure. TL:DR, the Anti-Devil Hallowitzer will fuck you up, ESPECIALLY if you underestimate it. Now, then, I just spent an entire post hyping up this bad boy, time to finish off the REST of it.More Chainsawing, more PK Dark.

Form Summon RECAP: (Water/Copy) Demyx strums his sitar, creating a swarm of watery clones that attack the opponent(s). Demyx is invincible until all the water copies are destroyed.
Top Assault RECAP: (Swift/Wind) Upgraded from Express Man's old Top Spin ability. The user spins around with their arms outstretched and their fists clenched, striking the opponent with the power of a thousand lariats and four clotheslines.
Weighed Down RECAP: A status effect. Causes the user's jumping abilities to be halved, and disables any form of flight.

Mega City Prototype and Throw Man both throw simultaneous barrages of punches towards each other.

Throw Man ducks under one swing and tries to grab Prototype into a german suplex, but Prototype kicks himself free, landing back on his feet.
