...But of course. Everyone is going to be against some form of concept. I'm sure there will be others who try and dissuade me.
...I see. And why do you think that is? Your presidency has been on a high note so far. But now naysayers have been given a reason to rise from the woodwork.
.....It's because people are afraid. Afraid of change. Part of that can be chalked up to human instinct-- 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it'.
But they don't see how necessary it is. Too much has happened and too little has been done to prevent it.
Obviously, if we want to keep citizens safe, we'll have to alter the status quo.
Alter the status quo... well said.
