SERVER MIGRATION IN PROGRESS... PLEASE HOLD...

...

...SERVER MIGRATION IS COMPLETE.

RESTORING SCENE...

Welcome, one and all, to Part 2 of the Chaos Zone. For part 1, please refer to here. Or don't. That thread was incredibly long... Which, basically, is why Part 2 exists.

In case you don't know, or have forgotten, the purpose of this thread is to be as overpowered as you like (or, tastefully so, I suppose) so that you won't have any need to do so in other threads.

This thread is the continuation- NOT a reboot- of where we left off in Part 1. Here is a rather brief summary of those events:

- A guy named Beta Devil tries to stir some . This fails and he dies. However, now there are two universes, the second of which is based off of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon universe.
- A guy named Worship tries to stir some . This fails, and now he shares a body with a guy named Walter. (Worship is currently in control, however, but he's better now. Ish.)
- A group of 6 robots tries to conquer the world. This fails horribly, and the robots retire from this.
- A person with connection to the Dead Zone (basically the afterlife, but personalized to suit the individual) is badly harmed, causing portals from the Dead Zone to open up everywhere. The portals are eventually closed.
- During the above events, a man named Jazz combines with various forms of corruption to try and destroy the Earth. He fails and dies. (But he comes back later as not a villain)
- A trio of Badniks tries to stir some . This fails, but instead of dying, they proceed to lurk in shadows.
- During the above events, a Battle Network version of Trio tries to stir some . This fails, and he is sealed away.
- As a group of heroes tries to celebrate a milestone of pages (of which we're never doing that ever again), A Somari version of Bowser tries to conquer the world. He fails, but is still alive and plotting.
- Also during above events, the Anti-Matt (essentially an evil, all-powerful god that is also WAA HAA HEE from Sr Pelo) tries to form. This fails, and they have been erased by Matt (from Wii Sports) himself.
- A being named Regulus tries to destroy all of existence. It fails, but it's a rather hollow victory, since Regulus (reverted to Proto MKII) is still alive managed to stay alive, until he didn't, and we only won because of a Chuck-Ex Machina.
- A group named the UKR tries to spread their message across the world. However, a creature they worked with known as Grey Matter used them for its own purposes... This, however, was stopped. (The UKR, meanwhile, is... A complicated matter that has been decided to leave be for now.)
- Beta Devil, revived from the Dead Zone portals, begins to stir up again. Meanwhile, so does a robot named Coda, the trio of Badniks from before, and several other villains, making it a callback to (mostly) all above events, which is where we left off.

Understood? No? Great, then you're ready for Chaos Zone Part II.

But first, some ground rules:

1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. (Consult this list for characters who have already been reserved.) Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations, levels of power, and ranking in the hierarchy. And in case you want to know the hierarchy, here it is from strongest to weakest...

Kirby- Reincarnation of the Omni-King, creator of the original Multi-Omniverse of the Internet. Is also everyone's friend.
Matt and Cranky Kong- Matt from Wii Sports himself, and the original Donkey Kong. Created the current Multi-Omniverse of the Internet together.
Shaggy Rogers and Robbie Rotten- Two of the most powerful memes in the Multi-Omniverse, under Matt and Cranky. Has trained under Matt himself, and are the origins of Good and Evil, respectively.
Adrian Marceau- Also known as "Ageman" or "Great Deity Adrian". The creator of the MMRPG Community/Omniverse. Despite his ranking in the hierarchy, ANYTHING he says related to the MMRPG Omniverse takes the upmost priority.
MegaBossMan and Rhythm- Co-Admins of the MMRPG Community (The latter having been recently promoted).
MMRPG Moderators- Exactly as said on the tin.
Reapers/Prototypers/Users- The entities responsible for creating the Universes (threads) within the MMRPG Omniverse, as well as the people within those Universes. The 3 above roles are technically of the same label, but with a higher status. Most other kinds of gods and goddesses are equal to or slightly lower in the hierarchy as this rank, depending on that god or goddess' role.
Pseudoreapers/Avatar Characters- Characters that are typically used to represent the Reaper, but doesn't quite meet the requirements to be a Reaper. (Ex. Owner of an Alt Account, a Character that a Reaper uses as a pfp or avatar)
Characters- Basically, everyone else. Makes up the population of a Universe.

That should cover that. Enjoy.

Joyous Tower - Floor 100

...Yep. It's me. Beta Shadow. And actually, it's that whole "fighting me" thing that I'm here about.

Beta Shadow begins some warm-up stretches.

You see... I'm not sure if you know about Beta Devil, but he got EXTREMELY powerful. And in order to be able to face that, I'm in need of some training. And on top of being the Christmas season and all that... Well. I decided to finally give you that fight you've been seeking. Consider it my gift to you this year.
...However. There are going to be some conditions to this fight.

First off, I will not be going Ultra Instinct, not even in its Sign state... In return, however, you are NOT to use the Theta Sigil, or any other alternate form or technique.

Beta Shadow stops his warm-ups.

...Secondly, and this is the most important part... No. Killing. Each other. There would be dire consequences for us BOTH if the other were to bite the dust... So, all-in-all, I'd much rather avoid the matter altogether.
...That being said... Are there any conditions you would like to add?

Well, if we're gonna play the whole "conditions" game, I've got some "rules" of my own.
First of all, the stage caps' going to be extended from 5 or 6, to 9. 6 seems like a random number for a cap, don't you think?
Second, both our levels will be temporarily reduced to 1. After both of us make a move however (I.E, one turn), our levels will go UP by one. This'll also affect the moves we're able to use. I.E, I'd have to wait until about Level 22 before I can launch Shock Waves.
And third, no item use. This also includes HELD items, by the way.
Now then, LET'S DO THIS! By the way, recently gave my eyelids an artstyle upgrade. Cool, huh?
(OOC: Still not gonna communicate the results of attacks launched at your characters, huh Hightower?)

Rotom? resists the attack, and foresees an attack with Future Sight!*
*Note: Future Sight might not actually allow the user to gaze into the future.

Doppler Labs

As Kogasa continues pouring Rain Flares on Rotom(?), a sense of dread looms over her and Dark Elf*...
...okay, changing back to our December 25th plan. We're alone this round.
Way ahead of you!
Diddy Kong
Jungle Acrobat

Diddy Kong tries to capture the electric ghost with a Bramble Blast as Kogasa batters him with a Super Tornado Blow!
Daroach's Airship

A mouse in a flying saucer curiously watches six recently-completed mechs...

...well, "mech" is putting it nicely.
...are you sure these are ideal designs?
Doc
Flying Tech Genius
Sure I'm sure! It's got arms, a gun...what else do you need?
Up'n'Down†
Pit Guarding Mecha
An Up'n'Down from MMRPG-???
...maybe some legs...
Peterchy†
Wandering Cyclops Mecha
A Peterchy from MMRPG-???; at least not from MMRPG-AMM2

Shush.
...truthfully, I would have recommended the RX-93‡ blueprints we have, but it was your call.
Daroach
Mysterious Mouse Thief

Each Mecha enters an RB-79 of their own, one by one...
ERROR. INABILITY TO ENTER MECH.
Dachone†
Heavy Walker Mecha
A Dachone from MMRPG-???

A sudden shove from behind forcefully fits Dachone into the machine!
There. Problem solved.
Prop-Top†
Flying Crusher Mecha
A Prop-Top from MMRPG-???

Mineral Quarry†

A golden hat appears in front of Tunnel Rhino...
Bramble Blast: (Nature/Cutter) Diddy Kong uses his Nature magic to summon dozens of brambles from the ground, whipping and entangling the target(s) while slicing them with thorns.
*Recap: Dark Elf and Kogasa are both aware of the fourth wall. Diddy is too, but he doesn't care.
†Recap: The "Fighting Mecha Team", a sextet of Mechas not used in MMRPG or its Roleplays (at the time they formed, anyway; Peterchies have since appeared in Mystery Mansion 2), have an alliance with the Squeaks, who agreed to help them build mechs for them (specifically from the Gundam franchise) after Up'n'Down caught wind of the Gouf blueprints obtained by Choice Man.
‡RX-93 v Gundam. Yes, the Squeaks have blueprints for the Nu Gundam. If you have any questions, you're in the wrong Roleplay.
§Drill Man's stage (Mega Man 4), as named in MMRPG Prototype itself.

Dorado Office Mayor Leonardo Dorado hides from the cover of under his desk, rapid-fire buster shots going over his head.

Well, I've been put in a less than ideal situation, I'll give them that. Being put in a hostage situation is... a surprising first. But if this is the way it is...

He then pulls down his right sleeve, revealing a nanotech wristband, which subsequently transforms into a full-blown plasma cannon.

Then there's no way I'm going without a fight.

As Mayor Dorado begins to rise, the fake men are hit with a devastating explosion from above, destroying them. The one responsible rises down from the ceiling.

There you are! There's no time to explain, we need to leave now!
...

The Mayor deactivates his plasma cannon.

...Alright. But this attack will not go unaccounted for. At all costs someone will be held responsible for this.

Junior carries Mayor Dorado away.

Fine by me. I'll let you have the first move.
Wood Zone*

Two hedgehogs appear to be clashing within the deepest part of the woodlands. Several broken-down badniks appear to lay scrambled about.

(This guy... Not much earlier, this place was swarming with Badniks, but now, they- along with the machines that have been spawning them- have been completely destroyed... Alongside a great portion of the forest itself! Just what is this guy trying to gain...!?)

The two clash even further, stopping for a brief moment as the more villainous of the two stands above the other on elevated ground.

Oh, come on, now! Don't tell me that's the best you've got!
Enough playing around. Tell me who you are, and why you're here!
Who am I? Why, it should be obvious... I'm the new king of this world!
...Is that right?
...We'll see about that.

Rotom leads off with a Double Team!
Rotom? burns the bramble away with a Lava Plume, but is blown upwards by the Super Tornado Blow and into some Rain Flares! In addition, it seems like Rotom? seems to be made of flames and crystal rather than electricity...!
Move Name: Double Team
Type: Neutral/Speed
Description: The user creates a bunch of weaker illusory copies of themself that fade away upon being hit.

Move Name: Lava Plume
Type: Flame
Description: The user lets loose a scarlet inferno, torching everything around them and dealing massive damage, with a 30% chance to Burn anyone hit!

Mega City Web Man thwips a web onto Prototype's chest before using it to deliver a swinging series of kicks and punches, ending in a powerful 10-hit spin-kick.

Hah! Bet you'll be thinking twice before trying to mess with one of us!
Not really, no. So far you haven't even done enough to do so much as annoy me yet.
Huh--

Instinctively Web Man moonsaults off of Prototype's face, narrowly avoiding being hit by a clean strike. Web Man clings onto a wall from above, using one of his hands to wave a finger at Prototype.

Too slow, too slow! You won't be able to hit me with that kind of speed!
(He's fast.. If my Danger Senses didn't kick in at that moment, I don't know if I could've gotten away. On top of that, nothing I hit him with seemed to do any real damage, even though I attacked him with full strength. What is this guy?)
(..No, don't panic. Panicking is going to end up doing you in. Be smart... Be smart...)

Web Man forms a sign with his hand at Prototype, as if he's going to shoot more webs... but then immediately fires to Junior, using the web to try and slam him into the ground!

Have a nice ride!
!!!
No!

Before Junior can hit the ground, Prototype leaps in and grabs him with his arms... giving Web Man the perfect opportunity to land a cheap shot at Prototype's back as they both spiral into a nearby building
Prototype leaps out of the glass of the building he was knocked in to, Junior in one arm.

What a lowly move, using other people for his own gains. It's no wonder someone like you--

The two eventually realize that Web Man is actually long gone.

Hmmm.
..... (This is my fault. We lost him because I got in the way, and you paid for it.)
...
...Listen, it's not your fault. You didn't know what to do, and that's fine. The important thing is that this experience molds you.

Prototype pats Junior's Metall helmet and grins.

Now, come on. We've got an Arachnid to catch.
Mega City - Silent Alley Web Man hangs upside-down in the alleyway.

I can't feel my legs, or anything under... but I got away. Though I'd probably be better off trying to find the others, or next time I might not get off so lucky.

He drops down.

It seems like things are finally getting interesting... Just they wait. Soon enough, it'll be us who comes out on top.

He rears his head out the alleyway, looking left and right. Once he realizes the coast is clear, he thwips away.
