SERVER MIGRATION IN PROGRESS... PLEASE HOLD...

...

...SERVER MIGRATION IS COMPLETE.

RESTORING SCENE...

Welcome, one and all, to Part 2 of the Chaos Zone. For part 1, please refer to here. Or don't. That thread was incredibly long... Which, basically, is why Part 2 exists.

In case you don't know, or have forgotten, the purpose of this thread is to be as overpowered as you like (or, tastefully so, I suppose) so that you won't have any need to do so in other threads.

This thread is the continuation- NOT a reboot- of where we left off in Part 1. Here is a rather brief summary of those events:

- A guy named Beta Devil tries to stir some . This fails and he dies. However, now there are two universes, the second of which is based off of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon universe.
- A guy named Worship tries to stir some . This fails, and now he shares a body with a guy named Walter. (Worship is currently in control, however, but he's better now. Ish.)
- A group of 6 robots tries to conquer the world. This fails horribly, and the robots retire from this.
- A person with connection to the Dead Zone (basically the afterlife, but personalized to suit the individual) is badly harmed, causing portals from the Dead Zone to open up everywhere. The portals are eventually closed.
- During the above events, a man named Jazz combines with various forms of corruption to try and destroy the Earth. He fails and dies. (But he comes back later as not a villain)
- A trio of Badniks tries to stir some . This fails, but instead of dying, they proceed to lurk in shadows.
- During the above events, a Battle Network version of Trio tries to stir some . This fails, and he is sealed away.
- As a group of heroes tries to celebrate a milestone of pages (of which we're never doing that ever again), A Somari version of Bowser tries to conquer the world. He fails, but is still alive and plotting.
- Also during above events, the Anti-Matt (essentially an evil, all-powerful god that is also WAA HAA HEE from Sr Pelo) tries to form. This fails, and they have been erased by Matt (from Wii Sports) himself.
- A being named Regulus tries to destroy all of existence. It fails, but it's a rather hollow victory, since Regulus (reverted to Proto MKII) is still alive managed to stay alive, until he didn't, and we only won because of a Chuck-Ex Machina.
- A group named the UKR tries to spread their message across the world. However, a creature they worked with known as Grey Matter used them for its own purposes... This, however, was stopped. (The UKR, meanwhile, is... A complicated matter that has been decided to leave be for now.)
- Beta Devil, revived from the Dead Zone portals, begins to stir up again. Meanwhile, so does a robot named Coda, the trio of Badniks from before, and several other villains, making it a callback to (mostly) all above events, which is where we left off.

Understood? No? Great, then you're ready for Chaos Zone Part II.

But first, some ground rules:

1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. (Consult this list for characters who have already been reserved.) Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations, levels of power, and ranking in the hierarchy. And in case you want to know the hierarchy, here it is from strongest to weakest...

Kirby- Reincarnation of the Omni-King, creator of the original Multi-Omniverse of the Internet. Is also everyone's friend.
Matt and Cranky Kong- Matt from Wii Sports himself, and the original Donkey Kong. Created the current Multi-Omniverse of the Internet together.
Shaggy Rogers and Robbie Rotten- Two of the most powerful memes in the Multi-Omniverse, under Matt and Cranky. Has trained under Matt himself, and are the origins of Good and Evil, respectively.
Adrian Marceau- Also known as "Ageman" or "Great Deity Adrian". The creator of the MMRPG Community/Omniverse. Despite his ranking in the hierarchy, ANYTHING he says related to the MMRPG Omniverse takes the upmost priority.
MegaBossMan and Rhythm- Co-Admins of the MMRPG Community (The latter having been recently promoted).
MMRPG Moderators- Exactly as said on the tin.
Reapers/Prototypers/Users- The entities responsible for creating the Universes (threads) within the MMRPG Omniverse, as well as the people within those Universes. The 3 above roles are technically of the same label, but with a higher status. Most other kinds of gods and goddesses are equal to or slightly lower in the hierarchy as this rank, depending on that god or goddess' role.
Pseudoreapers/Avatar Characters- Characters that are typically used to represent the Reaper, but doesn't quite meet the requirements to be a Reaper. (Ex. Owner of an Alt Account, a Character that a Reaper uses as a pfp or avatar)
Characters- Basically, everyone else. Makes up the population of a Universe.

That should cover that. Enjoy.

Joyous Tower - Floor 99

Meta Knight parries the Knight Beams!
Even if I hadn't proven myself before*, one thing stands between us now more than ever. I have more than my own pride to rely on.
He then unleashes a Galaxia Light upon the figure!
(Character Group Battle Theme) ♫ Sonic & Knuckles - The Doomsday Zone (Remix) ♫
Sanae Silences Robo Sonic with a Silent Hurricane, sending him flying around and nearly tearing him apart...leaving an opening for Kogasa!
Game Over "Press 'R' to Try Again"
Robo Sonic is reduced to scrap by the barrage!
The last one standing, Mecha Sonic watches the detached Floors 35-53 explode in the distance†, then looks down to one of the remaining lower floors...
Well, look who decided to come to the family reunion.
Galaxia Light RECAP‡: (Shadow/Hope§) Meta Knight swings his sword, unleashing a ray of Hope magic.
Silent Hurricane RECAP‡: (Wind/Weapons) Sanae uses her Wind magic to summon a giant hurricane that has a chance of Silencing one of the opponents.
Game Over "Press 'R' to Try Again" RECAP‡: (Damage/Weapons, Empty) A Spell Card where Kogasa attacks with a barrage of fruit, spike, and Moon, with each one capable of blowing off her opponent's limbs.

Silenced RECAP‡: A status effect. Temporarily disables the target's projectile attacks.|

Hope: An Artificial Element¶. Represents powerful (and often heavenly-looking) positive power derived from Hope Energy.
*Reference: Kirby Super Star Ultra, Kirby Planet Robobot; arguably Kirby's Return to Dream Land/Kirby's Adventure Wii as well
†Since everything below Floor 68 was broken off on Page 105, Post #6.
‡I usually save these kinds of recaps for stuff that was in Thread 1, but since it's getting climactic I figure it's better to just re-explain than make someone look for the relevant post
§Re-typed from Light-type now that the type's officially been tied to the Prototype system
|Probably should have explained before, but seeing how usually Silence means "no magic attacks" in RPGs, this seemed like an equivalent change since said RPGs generally don't have things like Mega Busters
¶Or at least I assume it would count as one, since like the Fake/Artificial Types listed before it's not something used for weapons in MMRPG proper regardless of what the Type actually represents

Meaningless!

The figure deflects the Galaxia Light with their shield, before summoning batches of lightning downwards at Meta Knight, all the while attacking him with a Revolution Sword!

A warrior is determined by their might and might alone! Bearing the burdens of one another only harbors weakness and misery!
As the robot draws near, strange, yet peculiar sparkles can be seen on it...

...
MCPD Headquarters
Proteus steps forward.
Alright, how's this: What is the name 'Vaati' to you?

The DMNs seem to have mixed feelings on the subject.

Ngh... The name certainly rings a bell... but I can't quite put a finger on it.
Like an equation missing from the puzzle. That's also not to mention Meriken, Monami and the others are missing, too.
I don't understand. Who the Home For Infinite Losers is this Vaati guy?
Some Minnish moron who stole a lot of power that wasn't his and plans on flitting a lot of people's ship.
Yeah!? And how'd'ya figure he's involved with this, dirtbag!?
It's simple, Marvel 2 low tier.

Your robo-bimbo of a sister pretty much clued in as much that there is some correlation involved.

I am... 90? percent sure I have no idea who that is. Also, rude. What did I ever do to you?
I for one believe it... mostly due to the fact there is very little reason for anyone to be lying at this point.
(Are we... interrupting?)
Yeah, you should probably wait outside-- hold on, you look just like someone I know!
It's them, you ninny.
Revolution Sword (Laser/Swift)- ??? fires a fast, yet deadly beam whip that directs in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and bypasses most forms of defenses, changing into Flame instead of Laser if necessary.

Scrapped Junkyard
Prototype seems to be in a deep meditation with himself, expelling a strange, familiar aura...

...

Suddenly, an energized bullet barely whizzes by the side of Prototype's face.

(Damn! Lost focus!)

Prototype does not move. The figure from behind looks on in confusion.

...
(...Did he somehow not notice... or?)
HAGH!

Suddenly, a huge wave of power passes over Prototype, blowing the figure away.

Wh-what the hell!?
Did you really think I wouldn't notice you trying to ambush me back there? It looks like your bark is worse than your bite.
Well, let me tell you something. I don't know who the hell you are, but I won't let you use me as a punching bag. I won't let anyone use me as a punching bag. I'll never lose. I'll never give in. I will always be the strongest. Even if it means reducing the rest to nothing.
H-hey, wait a min--

Prototype rapidly exerts more and more power... before it begins to reduce, slowly going back to normal.

...
...Hnh. The world sure is filled with a bunch of sorry lowlives, isn't it? ...State your identity and plans. I won't ask nicely a second time.
..."Strongest robot", huh? Don't make me laugh. Though I guess I'll humour delusions this time around..
...Try to end up half a worthy challenge, okay?

Arpeggio runs head-on towards Prototype, releasing rapid-fire Buster Shots on him, though Prototype ends up not even flinching to these.

The hell!?
Bring on your best hit.
Try stayin' in one piece! Hyyyah!

Arpeggio quickly shifts his buster back into a fist, nailing Prototype square in the chest, with smoke rising from it.

You like that!? That's what happens when you piss me off! And there's plenty more where that...
...
*YOOWWWW!* scream from tom and jerry

Arpeggio turns around, grasping the swelled hand he used for the attack, blowing on it profusely. He turns around to Prototype.

Just what are you made of!? I know for a fact this isn't any kinda ceratanium! How d'ya even move in that hide!?
Still think my claims are all talk!?
Why, you little--

Arpeggio kicks Prototype in the shin, following up with another to the side of the face, the latter whom not even budging from this. Arpeggio however, hops in circles nonchalantly holding the leg he wounded kicking Prototype.

...Ya know, Albert Einstein did make a statement about the folly and insanity of repeating actions over and over while-- EAT THIS! GYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYAGYA

Arpeggio unleashes a flurry of attacks, which Prototype calmly dodges and weaves around without much difficulty.

Close quarters really isn't your specialty, is it?
ShutupshutupSHUTUPSHUTUPSHUTUP!
What do you hope to gain from doing this? The element of surprise? Because you haven't completely failed in that department.
MOTHERLOVING BASTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA---

Arpeggio is promptly hit in the stomach by a well-placed fist of Prototype's, sending him flying backwards as he falls into a heap of junk.

Beta Diablo, after being affected by the Debilitate- as well as being hit by Mighty's Geno Cannons- simply reverts the changes with two instances of Devil Charge, only to leave himself open to the Megiddo Flame, as well as the Hallowitzer's attacks! Beta Diablo grabs Beck mid-Spindash and throws him into Hyper Sonic, only for the latter to grab it himself and throw the spinning Beck back at Diablo at high speeds, causing slightly more damage than it would've done before.
Joyous Tower - Floor 98

Jazz tries to climb back up to the 99th floor when suddenly...

And just what do we have here...?
...Another Devil counterpart. And let me guess...
...You're only after me because your Non-Devil counterpart refuses to come.
I was right to, you know. And I still am. There's strength, bravery, heroism... And then there's stupidity. The inability to realize that you're in over your heads.
...The failure to realize that there are some battles you just cannot win.

Beta Lucifer
Demon of Vengeance

...You know what? You're right. Maybe it IS foolish to think we will win.

Jazz turns to Beta Lucifer.

...But it's better to at least TRY than doing nothing at all. Because if we sit around and do nothing, we'd have less of a chance of success than we do if we try.
There may be situations where we don't have a chance to win... But even amongst battles with no chances of victory, there are situations were we HAVE to win.

Scrapped Junkyard
Prototype stares into the distance at the heap of Junk Arpeggio had fallen in, silent.

...
(...Who was that guy...? And what did he want with me?)

More silence.

(If my hunch is right, then I can't just let him off the hook. I have a nagging suspicion this isn't some random thugarino--)

Suddenly, a bullet heads straight ahead at Prototype, who parries it.

Nice try. But I won't fall fo--

Before this sentence can be finished, Prototype is hit by A random truck, tackling him into the nearest pile of scrap and exploding.

Arpeggio meanwhile, gets up.

(Okay, so throwing him off won't work. Plan A it is.)

Prototype bursts through the truck, seemingly not very harmed.

Alright, not bad! But let's see how you take these!

Arpeggio fires a round of Homing Bullets on Prototype, who tries evading them, only to realize soon enough that

They're following me!?
What's wrong, Mr. Strongest!? Have to run away from a simple"lowlife"!?

Prototype backflips over the bullets, shielding himself with a Gate Block.

So it figures.
Drive-By (Typeless)- Arpeggio's opponent is hit by a random truck. This is not really something he can control, it's a result of his luck.
Homing Bullets (Flame/Missile)- Arpeggio fires energy bullets which home in towards the target.

Joyous Tower - Floor 99

Meta Knight slips between and through every lash with a Light Arc!
I know that all too well. But carrying that burden can save a warrior from their greatest weaknesses...
As the pillars of Hope crash into the figure, a Saintly Beam strikes from behind!
Those they never see for themselves.
Mecha Sonic is taken slightly aback by the the sparkles...
Light Arc: (Hope/Swift) Meta Knight rapidly leaps around as a ball of bright Hope magic, firing thin light pillars each time he lands, with each pillar flying toward the opponent.
Saintly Beam: (Hope/Laser) Bandanna Waddle Dee fires a laser of Hope magic from the tip of his spear. Cannot be blocked.
