SERVER MIGRATION IN PROGRESS... PLEASE HOLD...

...

...SERVER MIGRATION IS COMPLETE.

RESTORING SCENE...

Welcome, one and all, to Part 2 of the Chaos Zone. For part 1, please refer to here. Or don't. That thread was incredibly long... Which, basically, is why Part 2 exists.

In case you don't know, or have forgotten, the purpose of this thread is to be as overpowered as you like (or, tastefully so, I suppose) so that you won't have any need to do so in other threads.

This thread is the continuation- NOT a reboot- of where we left off in Part 1. Here is a rather brief summary of those events:

- A guy named Beta Devil tries to stir some . This fails and he dies. However, now there are two universes, the second of which is based off of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon universe.
- A guy named Worship tries to stir some . This fails, and now he shares a body with a guy named Walter. (Worship is currently in control, however, but he's better now. Ish.)
- A group of 6 robots tries to conquer the world. This fails horribly, and the robots retire from this.
- A person with connection to the Dead Zone (basically the afterlife, but personalized to suit the individual) is badly harmed, causing portals from the Dead Zone to open up everywhere. The portals are eventually closed.
- During the above events, a man named Jazz combines with various forms of corruption to try and destroy the Earth. He fails and dies. (But he comes back later as not a villain)
- A trio of Badniks tries to stir some . This fails, but instead of dying, they proceed to lurk in shadows.
- During the above events, a Battle Network version of Trio tries to stir some . This fails, and he is sealed away.
- As a group of heroes tries to celebrate a milestone of pages (of which we're never doing that ever again), A Somari version of Bowser tries to conquer the world. He fails, but is still alive and plotting.
- Also during above events, the Anti-Matt (essentially an evil, all-powerful god that is also WAA HAA HEE from Sr Pelo) tries to form. This fails, and they have been erased by Matt (from Wii Sports) himself.
- A being named Regulus tries to destroy all of existence. It fails, but it's a rather hollow victory, since Regulus (reverted to Proto MKII) is still alive managed to stay alive, until he didn't, and we only won because of a Chuck-Ex Machina.
- A group named the UKR tries to spread their message across the world. However, a creature they worked with known as Grey Matter used them for its own purposes... This, however, was stopped. (The UKR, meanwhile, is... A complicated matter that has been decided to leave be for now.)
- Beta Devil, revived from the Dead Zone portals, begins to stir up again. Meanwhile, so does a robot named Coda, the trio of Badniks from before, and several other villains, making it a callback to (mostly) all above events, which is where we left off.

Understood? No? Great, then you're ready for Chaos Zone Part II.

But first, some ground rules:

1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. (Consult this list for characters who have already been reserved.) Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations, levels of power, and ranking in the hierarchy. And in case you want to know the hierarchy, here it is from strongest to weakest...

Kirby- Reincarnation of the Omni-King, creator of the original Multi-Omniverse of the Internet. Is also everyone's friend.
Matt and Cranky Kong- Matt from Wii Sports himself, and the original Donkey Kong. Created the current Multi-Omniverse of the Internet together.
Shaggy Rogers and Robbie Rotten- Two of the most powerful memes in the Multi-Omniverse, under Matt and Cranky. Has trained under Matt himself, and are the origins of Good and Evil, respectively.
Adrian Marceau- Also known as "Ageman" or "Great Deity Adrian". The creator of the MMRPG Community/Omniverse. Despite his ranking in the hierarchy, ANYTHING he says related to the MMRPG Omniverse takes the upmost priority.
MegaBossMan and Rhythm- Co-Admins of the MMRPG Community (The latter having been recently promoted).
MMRPG Moderators- Exactly as said on the tin.
Reapers/Prototypers/Users- The entities responsible for creating the Universes (threads) within the MMRPG Omniverse, as well as the people within those Universes. The 3 above roles are technically of the same label, but with a higher status. Most other kinds of gods and goddesses are equal to or slightly lower in the hierarchy as this rank, depending on that god or goddess' role.
Pseudoreapers/Avatar Characters- Characters that are typically used to represent the Reaper, but doesn't quite meet the requirements to be a Reaper. (Ex. Owner of an Alt Account, a Character that a Reaper uses as a pfp or avatar)
Characters- Basically, everyone else. Makes up the population of a Universe.

That should cover that. Enjoy.

(Cont. from above previous post)

Blood Beta resists the Flame Belch and proceeds to launch a barrage of Beta Blasts, only for Beta Man himself to jump in the way, absorbing the blasts!

Right back at you, pal!

Beta Man then releases the absorbed energy as a Gravity Hold* on Blood Beta, Collateral Aeon Devil, and Alternate Aeon Devil!

Meanwhile, before Beta Diablo could react to the Hallowed Omega Rocket, he is kicked into it by Beta Shadow!

Also meanwhile, a devil version of Beta Man Z tries to attack Theta Rotom, only to be knocked away by... A Mega Blaziken?

As a Mega-Evolved Bane appears with a Bond Phenomenon'd Fortem, so, too, do their Devil counterparts.

The devil counterparts then pull out an Anti-Omni Corrupted Epsilon Stone**, undergoing a transformation that mirrors their counterparts'!

The two pairs proceed to square off!
*Beta Man learned this move during Lab Defense DX.
**Introduced in Chaos Zone, Part 1 (see Page 103, Post #5; It is also how Bane and Fortem were able to achieve their forms to begin with.

Remote Grasslands ....................................
...Phew. | ...Hmph!
That was... not how I thought this fight would go.

Prototype responds to Anthem's interference.

You mentioned something about not having the time to fight. What's up?
Circumstances have changed. As it turns out, one of our allies is... dealing with Energy complications.
So we'll just have to cut things short here.
But that'll leave this fight without any closure.
Please, I think we already know what would've happened.
(If only they knew...)
Hitting Prototype felt like punching Hadium, and not to mention all of his attacks felt like getting cars thrown at you.

It's crazy... but... I swore I could feel him getting tougher as the fight went on. There was also that weird-ass technique he used...

He didn't transform or anything, but his entire aura changed completely. I have no idea what would've happened if we didn't just overwhelm him with brute force.

(...Fighting him actually felt really, really, scary. Oh, well. If I just sound tough, no one will notice.)
(I'll tell everyone.)
Quiet, you.

Anthem claps his hands twice, and the Remote Grasslands transforms back to the Simulation Room's default design.

Rotom Devil suddenly shoots a Thunderbolt at Beta Man, as Theta Rotom fires a Shadow Ball at Ninja Youkai!

Collateral Aeon Devil attempts to dodges a few Geno Cannons, only to have his SOUL turned blue by the Gravity Hold! Collateral Aeon Devil doesn't see this coming, and gets hit by the rest of the Geno Cannons! Collateral Aeon Devil suddenly tries a Crimtane Hydro Crash on Bane, while Alternate Aeon Devil guards.

Collateral Aeon suddenly starts shining brightly due to all that starforce being shared with him at once, and is forced to unleash all of the pent-up energy into a ...Light That Burns the Sky!? This instantly obliterates Alternate Aeon Devil, while dealing a crapton of damage to Collateral Aeon Devil, Rotom Devil, any many other Anti-Omni-Corrupted entities!

The f*REGGAE DEVIL'D* was all that!? There's only ONE entity that can pull off such a move, and even THEN, it takes an enormous level of Z-Power just to have a CHANCE to use it!
The f*REGGAE'D* if I know, dude. Not my fault you ain't using the Theta Sigil.
   Oh, that's right... I WASN'T.
 Wait wha-

Rotom Devil suddenly activates his OWN Theta Sigil, causing his OWN power to skyrocket! Rotom Lucifer then nails Theta Rotom, Rhys, AND every non-devil other than the Hallowitzer for a GREAT amount of damage somehow with an Ominous Wind, combined with a Discharge, both of which somehow ignore Affinities, Immunities, and Resistances!

   DANCE FUCKERS DAAAAAAAAAANCE!!!

Legacy Aeon shoots Rotom Lucifer head-on with his Rocket Launcher, only for it to barely do anything! Rhys manages to hit Rotom Lucifer with a Megiddo Flame and an Ice Beam, both of which deal a bit more damage, but still very few at all! The Anti-Devil Hallowitzer tries to even the odds with a Max Flutterby, which still only somewhat hurts Rotom Lucifer!
Move Name: Light That Burns The Sky
Type: Space/Laser
Description: The user focuses a ton of Z-Power or Starforce into a massive ball of light, and then shoots it at the target, dealing colossal damage! This move ignores Skills that would normally negatively affect the success or damage of this attack, and also completely ignores Affinities and treats Immunities as though they were Resistances!

Move Name: Ominous Wind
Type: Shadow/Wind
Description: The user blows a gust of repulsive wind at all targets, dealing damage! If the user's lucky, this move will raise all of the user's stats after use!

Mighty parries the Ominous Wind somehow, then nails Rotom Lucifer with a Top Spin, Except It Has Almost 100% Accuracy and No Cap on the Number of Hits! He then proceeds to overload Collateral Aeon with Starforce energy yet again, seeing as the first time went very well.

MCPD Headquarters A. Rock and Mech-tenant branch off from everyone else, nearing the exit.

Well, you folk seem quite busy, so we'll just leave you guys with what you gotta do.

A. Rock is suddenly elbowed in his rib-area by Mech-tenant.

Dude.
Okay, okay.

A. Rock approaches everyone else, more specifically Team Prototype, extending an arm to their namesake.

We'll settle this some other time.
...

Prototype responds, firmly shaking A. Rock's hand.

I'll be looking forward to it.

The handshake soon comes to a close, with A. Rock zipping back to the end off the room.

I should probably get outta here before Defteros decides it's time for another goodbye hug.
*physically restraining Defteros from giving the two of them another goodbye hug* YOU HAVE NO IDEA.

As they make their way out, A. Rock says one last thing.

By the way, just as a little heads up... You might wanna keep an eye out. Word around is that killing you would be worth a lot of moolah.
Huh!? How do you two know about this!?
Being a Merc in 20XX has it's privileges. Well... see ya!

A, Rock and Mech-tenant leave.

However, Collateral Aeon is too burnt out, and needs about 5 turns to recharge! Rotom Lucifer uses Phantom Force to dodge the attack, and then pops out RIGHT behind Mighty, and unleashes a Point-Blank Discharge! Collateral Aeon Devil follows up with a Crimtane Hydro Crash, and then is hit by a PK Hax Σ!

Ugh! You're STILL going at it, Alternative!?
It's ALTERNATE! Besides, didn't you tank that giant-*REGGAE'D* blast of starforce to the face!?
I'll have you know that I'm capable of MUCH more destruction when I recieve THAT much starforce all at once than that *REGGAE DEVIL'D*lord!
(Speak for YOURSELF, why don't ya...)

Meanwhile, Rotom Lucifer is still tanking everything that comes his way like a military vehicle! Legacy Aeon's SSG barely makes him wince, neither Rhys' Meteor Rain nor his 4th Wall make much of a substantial dent, and even Theta Rotom barely manages to harm Rotom Lucifer with a Never-Ending Nightmare! The Hallowitzer DOES manage to slightly nail Rotom Lucifer with a Max Hailstorm, though!

I've had enough of your *REGGAE DEVIL'D*, you oversized gumball! It's time I dealt some hurt RIGHT BACK!

Rotom Lucifer retaliates with an Inferno Overdrive, which The Hallowizter manages to guard against in time, but it deals big damage to The Hallowizter's giant f*REGGAE'D*-off arms!

Now THAT was EXTREMELY satisfying, if I do say so myself!
Move Name: Phantom Force
Type: Shadow/Empty
Description: The user vanishes into the shadows to avoid damage on the first turn this is used, and then strikes one turn later, dealing massive damage and ignoring shields!

Move Name: Never-Ending Nightmare
Type: Shadow
Description: The user summons deep-seated grudges with their Z-Power, dealing damage and ignoring the target's shields halfway! The power varies, depending on the original move.

Move Name: Max Hailstorm
Type: Freeze
Description: A Freeze-type attack that Dynamax Pokemon use. This causes a hailstorm of glaciers to fall upon the target, dealing massive damage and causing the Hail weather condition for 5 turns!

Move Name: Inferno Overdrive
Type: Flame
Description: The user launches a big sphere of intense fire toward the target with the full force of its Z-Power, dealing massive damage and ignoring the target's shields halfway! The power varies depending on the original move.

Ray’s attention is redirected towards Anthem, who is holding a white-glowing Xel.

Lightwave: Oh, what the hell is that idiot doing now?
Defreros: don’t know, but that thing he’s holding looks shi—
Big Eye: We get it, the entire basis of your core character is made of pleasant innocence and niceness. The more times you make unnecessary comments, the more times you risk flanderizing yourself and becoming a mere parody of your own personality. It doesn’t hurt to be nice and humane.
Anthem: THIS thing was made by the request of a certain someone you’ve met before, Raychel. Can you guess who it is?

Nuru laughs as the slow-moving chaingun bullets pass through him.
You've never heard of a wraith before, have you?
Nuru then starts to throw needles at random targets.
Devilized Bio Acorn was hit by a needle!
Mighty had a needle thrown at him!
The Anti-Devil Hallowizer had a needle thrown at him!
Rotom Lucifier had a needle thrown at him!
Whoops...
Ninja Man Z had a needle thrown at him!

Each of the combatants that were hit (assuming they didn't dodge) started to feel evil energy swell in their circuits, even if only for a moment...

D.B.A. succumbed to the energy!

Devilized Pierobot...was destroyed by the attacks!
I'm out of needles... I need a body and quick.

MCPD Headquarters Anthem: That’s right. When he had saw the truth behind your intentions, that was when he saw to it that this was made. You had garnered his respect. Otherwise... he would’ve left you starve without even thinking of something like this.

Anthem tosses the glowing core to Ray.

Anthem: Go ahead. Take it. You’ll find out soon after that you won’t be feeling hungry for a while... or ever.
Crusher: Ever!?
Junior: (How!?)
Anthem: Scale Assemblies, specially-requested. This Core is a Xel-Generator. Once she does her thing, it’ll create more and more Xels for her to sustain herself without things having to get.... ugly. It’s proportionate to the bearer’s needs, so it’ll produce enough so that you won’t starve, but also won’t be overloaded. There are other, more interesting mechanics, but... I’ll bother explaining that much later.

MCPD Headquarters Now that that's over with... I've made my decision.
So whassit gon' be?
The person who's going... will be me.
I've made up my mind. You don't like the result? Defeat me, then we'll talk--

Suddenly, Anthem feels an Oculaser zap him from behind, though this does little in the way of actually hurting him.

As soon as Anthem turns around, he is instantly greeted with a left jab which he tries to catch, only to find out it's actually a feint, being hit by a right hook!

I meant what I said before. I'm willing to do what ever it takes.
You know, for someone who focuses so much on the whole strategy thing, I didn't really expect that to happen.
Listen. Props to where it's due, you are a smart fighter. But you have one weakness...
(Weakness? Just what could he be talking ab--)
You have a real habit of ovethinking things.

??? Still restrained, Mayor Dorado and Junior look on in front of the seeming figure responsible.

(So this is where he starts monolouging, right?)
Don't give him any ideas.
I don't see why the both of you don't rejoice while you're still alive. This is all to do YOU lot a favor.
Favor? You call attempting to wage war and kidnap the city's leader a favor? I swear, you robots get made funnier by the day (No offense, kid).
(Honestly? None taken.)
Pretend as though you're the victims all you want. It's your incapabilities to defend against these things that is the reason WHY this is all happening.
First there was the SWN-00Ω clone invasion. Then there was the "Jazz Hands" incident. The invasion of the Quints. And let's not mention the result of Hades Quartet going berserk.
True, even despite that, the town nonetheless lives on to this day. But for how long? How many more weeks, months, YEARS of countless abnormalities before it finally ends? All of which caused by the crippling incompetence of the city's leader, and it's main defenses.
And that's where WE come in. Putting the area out of it's long-endured misery. See, this country has no use for weak links. In a world where anything is possible, only the strongest of areas should thrive fully.

The robot points to Mayor Dorado.

And it starts by mounting the ruins of Mega City with your so-called "Hero"'s head.
