In an alternate time line where Trios plans succeeded... at a cost. Through a commission from Crankey Kong, Funky Kong has managed to reset absolutely everything... into a new state. The world now split in two... the real world, and The Net. Causing most non-human and some human characters to turn... into net navis. With no memories of their previous lives. The same is said for the humans as well... though that dosen't mean that the same rules from the main world aren't applied here though. But as a extra cost... you can't have the same pseudo reapers from the previous one. You have to decide who should be the net navi equivalent of a pseudo reaper. Though the reapers are still the same, you just have to put them in navi form though... anyways, this is a reset timeline where Trio successfully took over earth... but ended it when it just began.
But in case you need a remind of the rules of Chaos Zone, here's a reminder copy-pasted straight from it:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations and levels of power.
But now, there be a fifth golden rule also copy-pasted, but from Discord:
5. Nothing, and I mean nothing, will connect to the original CZ or CZ 2 in any way, shape, or form when it comes to plot. Sure, there might be a non-canonical crossover between the two CZ's here and there maybe, but still, when outside of those crossovers, this new, fifth rule, will remain in effect 24/7.

With the restaurant evacuated and closed, Beta and Olley stand around to plan out what to do.
That... thing is invincible! How are we going to get rid of it?
...We are not going to do anything. That thing is WAY beyond our experience level. I'm going to try and get a professional on this. You mean one of the hunters? But even Cybeasts are vulnerable- How can we be so sure this is on the same level? ...We can't. But we need someone to deal with this thing, because clearly we are incapable.
As much as I don't like to admit it, he's right; The Cybeast Hunters are likely the closest we can get to actually stopping this freak. ...Alright. Let's just hope it'll be enough.Beta Shadow tries to call the Cybeast Hunter HQ/Department/What have you.

Even before going into the wavehole, it catches the newly insane fellow's eye, even without a visualizer, that there's not much activity in the Roads today... besides some rando carrying around what seems to be a wave-based facsimile of a duffel bag floating idly by their side, as if it were hanging on an invisible strap.

They continue on their way, seemingly not noticing the maniac in their vicinity. As they pass a bit closer, you notice they are not walking. Instead, a small torrent of water is carrying them along the roads quite quickly.

He then flings his arm forwards, changing it to a serpent-like shape, and extending it like a whip, aiming for the head of the person!

The attack is evaded by the girl slipping and falling on her back in a not particularly graceful manner before the stream carrying her springs her back on her feet. She turns to see where the attack came from.
The hell do ya want? Lookin' for a fight, are ya?! Well, you got one!
The deep blue glow of her otherwise transparent diving mask from which mechanical facsimiles of fins sprout out to the sides does nothing to conceal her anger despite covering her entire face. The two things that stick out most on her grape colored wetsuit-like get-up, however, are a glowing crest similar to the one on the psychotic scalie's helmet... and the cannon-like buster setup morphing into a blue gauntlet as she warps up in his face for a FrzKnuckle180!

It hits and covers the man in ice, but he breaks out almost instantly, revealing the face underneath the upper jaw of the helmet, while the lower jaw sticks onto the top of his torso!

Eugh. Disgusting. she quipped looking at the broken crocodile jaw of the suit, possibly even somewhat relieved as the BlackInk hits her, to which she responds by putting up a Barrier, trying to keep up with her adversary by tracking the subtle anomalies in the wave continuum as it shifts with his movement*, all with the intent to get as many buster shots in as possible.
*I know this sounds like BS, but I swear to you it's an actual feature in Star Force battles. You can see afterimages when enemies move even when you're blinded.

Growing up, his grades were completely average. He is not known for any passion and either has no dreams, or lacks the courage to act them out. Well, now, that's just deppressing. Contrast with the dominant, fierce, and intense nature of his undefeated companion... and it's a wonder they're a duo to begin with. Yeah. Makes ya wonder how those two are even compatible, or why they'd team up in the first place. Sounds to me like this Walter guy is just being led by the nose... *head-scratching noises*Shuuichi yawns.

As her vision returns, she is once again greeted with the sight of the ugly crocodile-broken-jaw-wave-man, continuing to avoid him for a few moments longer until her cannon arm charges, at which point she fires a water balloon at him which explodes into a cross shape dealing 40 damage, with bubbles briefly filling the diagonals of the would-be 3x3 square as it fades!

Okay, that's a bit less disappointing, but it won't save ya!
Pulling up her Custom Screen, she just about plucks three cards that she uses at the first opening sequentially and without pausing: an IceMeteor290, a ChainBubble380, and finally a PlasmaGun370, the latter's output being quadrupled by both the bubble and the scalie's poison element!
IceMeteor290: Hits closest enemy's row with... meteors! ...made of ice!
ChainBubble380: Encase the first enemy in each row in a bubble!
PlasmaGun370: Paralyze and spread into an X shape on impact!
