In an alternate time line where Trios plans succeeded... at a cost. Through a commission from Crankey Kong, Funky Kong has managed to reset absolutely everything... into a new state. The world now split in two... the real world, and The Net. Causing most non-human and some human characters to turn... into net navis. With no memories of their previous lives. The same is said for the humans as well... though that dosen't mean that the same rules from the main world aren't applied here though. But as a extra cost... you can't have the same pseudo reapers from the previous one. You have to decide who should be the net navi equivalent of a pseudo reaper. Though the reapers are still the same, you just have to put them in navi form though... anyways, this is a reset timeline where Trio successfully took over earth... but ended it when it just began.
But in case you need a remind of the rules of Chaos Zone, here's a reminder copy-pasted straight from it:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond.
4. Be mindful that there are... certain lines that shouldn't be crossed. For instance, one may wish to close off their plotline and make it more privated. With moments like these, you are to RESPECT that person's insisted boundaries. This also includes transformations and levels of power.
But now, there be a fifth golden rule also copy-pasted, but from Discord:
5. Nothing, and I mean nothing, will connect to the original CZ or CZ 2 in any way, shape, or form when it comes to plot. Sure, there might be a non-canonical crossover between the two CZ's here and there maybe, but still, when outside of those crossovers, this new, fifth rule, will remain in effect 24/7.

Serenade's raiments* extend into a full barrier as they step forward into the center of the fire. The attack reflecting off the barrier turns not into a flurry of sonic booms, but a giant laser that persists for as long as the flames do!

The barrier begins cracking, though it seems it isn't at all straining for Serenade to keep it from caving in while also redirecting a giant beam of energy from the Navi's grip back at it!

Heck, with what Dids here did yesterday, maybe he could be that "one person" too! Lulu, I understand your optimism. That said, it doesn't feel healthy to put all trust into someone so soon. Not everyone can rush into a conflict like this and...well, survive.

Z-Koop: (Elec) The strongest-known recurring form of SkyKoop, it has a black shell instead of a red one.
CrimJazz: (Heat) A virus shaped like a tiny wizard. Specializes in the Object attribute, attacking with flaming mine objects that move forward slowly before exploding in either a + or X shape (telegraphed by the pattern on the mine).
ShelCrak: (Aqua) A virus shaped like a crab with a giant claw. Attacks with a 3-panel-long "punch" that can push the user back.
(Battle Network 3-4, 4.5) Ligtnin(1 = 100, 2 = 130, 3 = 160): (Elec) Strikes each object with a bolt of lightning, dealing damage to both the object and all panels adjacent to it.
(Battle Network 1) BombMan(1 = 120, 2 = 140, 3 = 160, SP = error: battle chip "BombManSP" could not be found): (Heat) BombMan.EXE's Navi Chip. BombMan appears and kicks a bomb 3 panels forward, which explodes in a + shape.

(Battle Network 2) Catcher: (Null) The user summons a UFO to steal a Chip from the opponent.

Serenade stares blankly into the void as the Data Sea recedes to its normal state.
...Well, Serenade? What was that? That was DevilMan, one of "Lord Wily"'s first - and strongest - autonomous combat Navis. A few years back, just before World Three's first strike, Wily must've recalled the existence of the Forbidden Program. The very same one I'm tasked with protecting. He thought it may pose a threat to his plans, as if Alpha was susceptible to it, the Life Virus definitely was too. So he sent... him... to retrieve it. I suppose he thought DevilMan was strong enough to overcome the Program's defense mechanism. But that's not how it worked and no amount of physical strength or Noise manipulation could save him.Either way, the Program froze him in place, I sealed him under Area 4 and chained him for good measure, as I suspected he may still have a slim chance to thaw out.
Serenade more profoundly leans over the ledge, staring into the nothingness under the Data Sea.
Even so, I fear that he's not bluffing and may still come back. Nobody's sure what happens to data that gets flushed down there, anyway. And you don't have to handle that on your own! Dad handed you down to me for a reason! Because he knew I'd be capable of managing the Undernet, not because I need a babysitter! Please, the next time you do something reckless like this, tell me! ...

I have no clue what that is, but it's definitely hostile! Battle Routine! Set! Execute! ...Battle Start!
