Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.
I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.
Anyways. Some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond. There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

Well, I have bad news. It's quite the opposite. Between HighTower's repeated insistence on winning every encounter he's faced with, despite the obvious stalemates it will forever lead him into, and RotomSlashBlast having "claimed" this arc, yet having given minimal progress over the course of a month and two weeks, including 80 pages, I'd say it's about time some true conflict comes into play. Truth be told, I would have given the Alis something to speed up their arc had RSB not vanished again. If Copy X's death means the continuation of the plot - or rather, the start of an actual plot - so be it. As Libra vanishes, Dangan Man, Descant, iX, Fefnir, and Phantom find themselves out of Neo Arcadia, and unable to return to it.

If anything, the reason of it's fall is the reason a certain someone among you lot was able to contact and enlist them to begin with... Including HOW. You are among some of Earth's stronger soldiers, correct? Earth is a special place to General Kilroy and he's pulling all the stops to prevent an Option B, otherwise known as selective genocide. Note that said option has only been used at least 16% of the time, as far more outcomes are either an A or a C.

Unfortunately, Walnut was inside the building, thus being unable to see exactly what was within the capsule. However, he overhears Geo.
A baby bot? Hmm...Should I leave Pierce alone for a minute to investigate or...
As Pierce gets bombarded by stars, he tries to throw more balls, but each of them get hit by the stars. Seeing this, Pierce does cartwheels before launching himself straight into Stache. Stache, already exhausted by the rapid draining of his PSI through PK Starstorm, flies into a barrier placed around the arena. However, instead of falling, he teleports in the air and starts glowing blue. Pierce looks around in confusion.

As Pierce glances up, a funny idea comes to him. He begins to...juggle?

The scratching sound stops before a loud pound can be heard. Biocut looks at his companions and speaks in a whisper.
Watch the holes, whatever making the sound could come through them. Still...let's keep going. If Vat Man is still alive, he would likely be in one of the safe rooms.

(That said, considering the feats performed by three members of our team, I suppose the answer to your question would be yes.) ... (Before we continue, I would like to ensure what Options A and C are, in case either becomes relevant later in this conversation, or even in a potential second meeting later down the line.) Enemice HL is working with Dr. Doppler and Rika to update the radar to suit the evolved Limited and Extreme of the remaining HEX Adaptor experiments. Eventually, it begins once again showing signs of Limited and Extreme beings other than those already known: a small dot of Extreme, a large dot of Hyper Limited, and one dot of each close together.
If I had to make a guess, I would say those are Experiments #6, #1, and #7. 
I'm not too sure about #6; think we need to analyze that one further†. 
Perhaps. But considering that Limited's evolution was how you and Return iX came to be, I would imagine our first priority would be Experiment #1. A is simply a government submitting to our demands and in exchange for protection and growth, we are able to change said government's laws through a committee to better suit our true agenda. Meanwhile C is basically when we go to war. Often times there has been large groups of organics and machines that support our cause in one way or another, so civilian casualties are made to be as low as possible. B however is in those rare instances in which the entire population is either too faninatical or connected to a hivemind, in which case people above 18 are either removed from the planet and sent elsewhere or executed. Course I'm not here to bore you with facts or to butter us up to look pure, but rather to strike a series of deals. Note that we're more than ready to compromise within reason. My boss will be the robot with the tube of chemicals on his head. Also you don't have to worry all that much about opening these old wounds. After finding some grey creature, I can't feel much of anything as of late.As Biocut Man opens a door, a UKR Rookie (*!*) is surprised and tries to run away. Biocut throws a Rolling Cutter, but it hits a railing instead.

The barebone trooper of the UKR. Despite them being seen as cannon fodder, Kilroy seems to employ them with an equal number of higher ups. There are two theories as to why this is done; for morale or to teach said rookies experience. Most are given the stranded issue Mordecai, a basic rifle that doesn't need to reload and supports multiple ammo toggles. In terms of emotions, they are actually given a limited set, including fear of all things. And while a fair amount of them have been routed, a even higher amount have performed even better in desperation.
