Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.
I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.
Anyways. Some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond. There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

Well, I could hear the thing from...somewhere*, but it wasn't any more coherent than what we heard here. Pretty sure it's not as intelligent as someone from Dimension 2. Not to mention it probably wasn't in the best condition to remain on its own anyway. TM07 is a big problem, so I'm going to make sure they forget it next chance I get. Honestly, we're lucky it didn't use TM07 before we got here. Still probably going to have to be careful who I talk to.

Recently, something happened in its Former Hell*. Quite a concept, wouldn't you say? A Hell deemed obsolete, replaced by a new one. And yet, it wasn't the first time. Indeed, I am from such a Hell. A Hell that was forgotten as soon as a single scarlet devil entered the scene†... Since that day, eighteen years ago†, I have sworn to fight for the original Hell of Gensokyo, and for those whose names faded from history just the same as- 
Less talking and more doing would be great. Cyber Crossswipe: (Space/Cutter) The user slashes their weapons in an X formation, unleashing waves of digital energy.

†Reference: Touhou series - The sixth game (Embodiment of Scarlet Devil), released in 2002, was a soft reboot of the series; while the first five games are considered (mostly) canon, they're rarely acknowledged in later games; the first game (Highly Responsive to Prayers, Konngara's only appearance) gets possibly the least acknowledgement of any.
(OOC: I only have a vague understanding of the Disgaea series; wouldn't be surprised if I end up learning more from this, though. It happened with Boktai.)

Mao: Hey! I had to grind for that ya jerk! If you want a fight dirty, then I'll fight dirty! Vasa Aergun! Then... Mao dissapeared... until a giant horned demon appears... (I don't think this is about Gensokyo's first Hell anymore; you just wanted to be dangerous again, and you didn't care that I had a life outside of my island.) Wuh! (I'm leaving. And going where my friends are. Which is where I should have been this whole time.) Honestly? Rumia or no Rumia, you've been wasting your time, Konngara. This whole thing about fighting for "those whose names faded from history" isn't really needed around here. People much more forgotten than those you picked for your little conquest are out there living their own lives just fine, and most of them who aren't being friendly about it are just hurting people for the sake of it*. Trust me, I know a lot of those "forgotten" people from experience. One of them actually used to be where you are right now, and yet she was saved from rock bottom.

Right. The next question. What curiosities? Forgive me for going on a tangent, but this world has an abundance of fascinating features... powers, if you will. You yourself are no exemption. You yourself are capable of harnessing the energy of your latent sentiments and manifesting powerful boosts of which. There is Justice. There is Chaos. And then there is Emotion.Proto Matter gently waves in the air, creating a cloud revealing Ryu and Mr. Karate, who are still fighting.
The headbanded one is no different. A lone wanderer, he attempts to conquer the Satsui no Hado, Power gained through Murderous Intent that is inside of him, and seek enlightenment in The Power Of Nothingness, born through spiritual and mental refinement.Proto Matter disperses the could with another wave. He looks towards Walter.
This so-called Omniverse is like no other, to have a variety of different components that make people who they are. And as such, I find it interesting to travel through in search of each of these powers. Whether it be Magic, Science, or the Spiritual, the extravagance of abilities is truly captivating in my respectful opinion. ...Huh. This has been an enlightening experience thus far, Walter.
