MKII, activating Viral Pattern, tries to leap high enough to catch Aviation while he's teleporting, only to be grabbed by the leg and slammed onto the floor by a mysterious figure, knocking him out of Viral Pattern.

Aviation Man was mine to punish. You let him get away, and for that, you must be the one to suffer the consequence.
Well, you can't just kill anyone you have a problem with! And from what I've been told, you kidnapped his brothers for your own personal gain!

MKII punts Defteros of the high rooftop and into the air, reversing the effect of Purity Boost. He then proceeds to jump off it himself to finish the job.

I know you're upset, but violence can't be your first answer to everything.

Defteros, who lands on the ground throws Energy Slashes at the airborne MKII, who avoids all but one and is hit, automatically stopping MKII's Viral Pattern and crash landing him on the hard ground stomach-first. Defteros approaches MKII,trying to help him up.

C'mon! There are better things out there for you.

MKII looks up at Defteros, and decides to get up on his own, dusting himself off.

...We are done here. I have... more productive things to waste my time doing than to engage in combat with yourself... Such as killing Aviation Man.

MKII's shield turns into a glider.
