My guess, in all honesty, is the fact that he was a manifestation of Beta Shadow's joyful side (whereas I was his more aggressive side)... And, to be fair, playing pretend was always one of his joys.

Dyna Man just barely gets up from the yeet, stumbling around...Dyna tries pelting Mighty with Supercharged Gatling Shots!!

Mighty dodges most of the Gatling Shots, and the ones that did hit don't really do much damage. Mighty fires another Force Beam at Dyna Man, however if any further attack were to disable him it would stop just before actually hitting him.
