Greetings, one and all, and welcome to the Chaos Zone. This is an attempt to do what the Absurd Roleplay attempted to do: Create a safe environment for people to be OP so that, hopefully, it won't spread to other threads.
I'll let it be known now: This is NOT a continuation of the Absurd Roleplay itself, nor of its story/stories. If you participated in the Absurd Roleplay at some point and wish to bring back any characters or plotpoints that existed at the time, feel free. But do note that this is, more or less, its own continuity. Heck, if anything, it doesn't even need its own continuity. But, I'd be foolish to think it won't. In fact, I am counting on it.
Anyways. Some ground rules:
1. If you're going to do stats and damage, feel free to have them be as big as possible. Just don't make them extremely long.
2. Do not use other people's characters. Feel free to make as many characters as you would like, though.
3. If you want to destroy the world, that's fine. Want to destroy the galaxy? Great. The universe? Can always be pieced back together. But do NOT. Under ANY circumstances. Destroy ANY universe that is not involved with this thread. You are also equally banned from destroying the entire Omniverse, or any Omniverse beyond. There are... certain people. I want to avoid the attention of. So let's refrain from stretching out the destruction to beyond this thread, ok?

Hold on, I've researched these before...aside from Metal, the Chaos Rings have never powered someone up before. And even if the Crystal Stars at least have indepenent forms of power-ups, they and the Time Stones have never given someone a new form period. ...well, not yet. 
What do ya mean "yet"? As long as these artifacts have some sort of power, theoretically they could empower someone like the Chaos Emeralds and Sol Emeralds. 
...what kind of power would that be? We don't know for sure, but I have some theories... Given the ability the Chaos Rings have to destroy Dark Rings, it's possible that one with the power of Chaos Rings would become a being of purity. Since the Time Stones could control time on their own, absorbing their power could transfer some of that time control to their user. And given the history of the Crystal Stars, absorbing their power may grant the abilities of a legendary hero, much like those who used them to stop the Shadow Queen. 
Well, even if those abilities can be used, I feel like there's still something putting us at risk... ...what if Regulus siphons their energy before or while someone else used them, like with the World Rings?

I do not know who this 'Rotom' is, but they sound problematic.
As for soldiers, or whatever, there are a few outside of the barrier in of itself which guard it. They would likely make for a simple way inside.

Um... ...well, Rika suggested that if the sheer force of combined opposing parties wasn't enough to stop Regulus from siphoning the energy, it could still be brought back by someone who's willing to "bend the rules" like him, Duracell, or Dark Elf. She also pointed out this would make Dark Elf a potentially obvious target, which could theoretically lead to a back-and-forth "power struggle" comparable to her actions early in her round of the Duracell Games.

So...when I fell through the roof, I noticed that you had a...greenish medallion. That's...a Nature Medallion, correct? So...I don't need it for the sake of a power boost, rather...a memoir. Yeah, a memoir, to a guy that almost beat the great Unbeatable ...

No...I'm gonna cut the act. I'm scared. Not of dying, but of failure. What if everyone just pushes forwards while my corpse just...rusts? What if I give it everything, and I mean everything I've got, and this Regulus fellow just...laughs, then kills me just by looking at me. I'll be a failure! he fact is...I'm old. I'm outdated. I'm not the champion I used to be Metal. So...if the medallion accepts me, could I use it? It, combined with the Time Stones, should be enough power to make me useful again. To make me a fighter again. To make me worthy of my fans AND the mercy and humility that he showed me.

... To tell you the truth, I've given up on trying to find people with elemental weaknesses anyway. They're few and far between, and as Sleet Man proved, also not prone to response. So if you wish to wield the Nature Medallion... ...so be it.

Hrnngh! (Checking for what?) For this. I had to ensure it was still in my possession, as the one who wields the Time Stones pointed out to me that whoever wields the Sol Emeralds would benefit greatly from the Medallion's ability to increase the power of fire attacks. 
You let him just have the Time Stones? ...yes. Even if he's not as immediately available, I still trust that he'll properly use the power of the Time Stones when the time is right.

Indeed, I am. I highly doubt Mecha clarified why our world was like it was... ...but that's besides the point. I presume the Robotniks are refusing to cooperate, or even trying to take control of Regulus themselves? My research does show they've often tried to control forces beyond their power. The Deadly Six, the Time Eater, Dark Gaia...even you and Chaos. ...I'm only aware of the latter two. 
Wait, so would that mean your Eggman- ...never mind, that was inappropri- He was killed shortly after Black Doom's death. Oh. Rika's Extra Stage

Actually, I think he was just upset he didn't get to gather any of the pieces of the Master Emerald. He doesn't even seem to be aware that this "Regulus" even... exists. In any case, we stopped his plans for now. What's next?

Honestly, trying to hijack a robot from Hades' front yard is a stupid move given that he can literally see us through the window.
Instead we should probably look for one in the middle of nowhere, or someplace where he doesn't feel the need for security measures.
