Story:
The gears of conflict grind once again as a interuniversal faction sets its eyes on a small desolate planet. Though it's resources have long since been mined into exhaustion, the inhabitants have yet to give up hope, wishing on the stars that something frees them from their isolated and lonely fate. Still, others are taking actions into their own hands, doing everything in their power to defend against an foe with unknown and possibly unmatched power. All the while, the skies seem to have grown ever darker. Can the ARDF and everyone else on the planet hope to stand a chance against whatever oncoming danger approaches their way? Tune into find out on: Legacy!

In order to join this forum and get the most out of the forum, it is highly advised you create a character by checking out the rulebook. Another thing I need to state is that this project is intended to be community driven, so any enemies, skills, weapons, equipment, or just about anything you want to create will most likely be added to the project, with credit given if desired. Also, any new data added to one of the databanks will have a |NEW!| next to it.
Commands:
If you wish to view the battle map, type BMAP at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you wish to know where all active playable characters are at, type LIST at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Finally, Legacy's purpose is the idea that anyone can be a Director and add pieces to the story. With that said, certain things may be barred, such as having characters from existing media(Mega Man's excluded from this, but even still there are things barred(see rulebook)) or things like spirits and magic. While these could have in-universe explanations, the genre of Legacy is, in a nutshell, Sci-Fi. There's nothing wrong with making a character that could fit in a fantasy setting, but it has to work some way or another. An example is deities. If you wish to introduce them, make them cosmic forces or a rare species or whatever you wish, just please not actual gods. Please understand that despite all that I don't wish to impede creation.

Blast man gets up and bows as gyro and dust join in on the applause,as they do, star man looks on at the three with mild upset and disappointment on his face
do they really not remember? anything?
star then walks over to join the applause, but he stops while walking over and goes blank, and suddenly, static begins to come out of every radio in the general vicinity , including star man, at the sound of static,blast,dust and gyro all looked over at star in confusion and concern

As Acorn goes to congratulate Blast, Star's static directs his attention.

MIDI opens Star Man's port hatch, trying to plug in and do a system check before realizing that he has some sort of tiny rectangular inputs with one side blocked off by plastic and not the standard parallel ports.

I can't remember how much it is exactly cuz it changes depending on which gen it is,for 3.0 I'd say it's abouut 5Giga bits per second? I don't really know though,despite using the hardware I could barely tell you about how I workDust then looked to the side,mumbling
