Story:
The gears of conflict grind once again as a interuniversal faction sets its eyes on a small desolate planet. Though it's resources have long since been mined into exhaustion, the inhabitants have yet to give up hope, wishing on the stars that something frees them from their isolated and lonely fate. Still, others are taking actions into their own hands, doing everything in their power to defend against an foe with unknown and possibly unmatched power. All the while, the skies seem to have grown ever darker. Can the ARDF and everyone else on the planet hope to stand a chance against whatever oncoming danger approaches their way? Tune into find out on: Legacy!

In order to join this forum and get the most out of the forum, it is highly advised you create a character by checking out the rulebook. Another thing I need to state is that this project is intended to be community driven, so any enemies, skills, weapons, equipment, or just about anything you want to create will most likely be added to the project, with credit given if desired. Also, any new data added to one of the databanks will have a |NEW!| next to it.
Commands:
If you wish to view the battle map, type BMAP at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you wish to know where all active playable characters are at, type LIST at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Finally, Legacy's purpose is the idea that anyone can be a Director and add pieces to the story. With that said, certain things may be barred, such as having characters from existing media(Mega Man's excluded from this, but even still there are things barred(see rulebook)) or things like spirits and magic. While these could have in-universe explanations, the genre of Legacy is, in a nutshell, Sci-Fi. There's nothing wrong with making a character that could fit in a fantasy setting, but it has to work some way or another. An example is deities. If you wish to introduce them, make them cosmic forces or a rare species or whatever you wish, just please not actual gods. Please understand that despite all that I don't wish to impede creation.

As Taurus turns to leave, he spots a light coming from a police car. Perhaps thinking nothing of it, he finds another room with windows, though these seem already open.
Boiler Room
The Crystalime explodes in a ball of crystal smoke.

gained 20XPThree crystal shards can be spotted within the puddle.
Robot and Human Medical Centre, Welcoming Floor
Acorn had to adjust their eyes. What he swore was a simple room with a few chairs and a plant had now turned into a cave with various crystals aligned to the walls and ceiling of the room. Various Crystalimes seem to pay them no mind as they crawl about, leaving a pinkish trail. On the other side of the terraformed room lies a door broken open.
We can worry about these slimes later. We need to reunite with our comrades.

MIDI: Well, nanites are microscopic tiny machines that can easily be made to work together and a bunch of them in one place looks kind of like a sentient piece of goo. I hear they use them for, say, cleaning the seas from plastic on some planets.
MIDI: Though I doubt this is nanotechnology. I mean, who in their right mind would use something so expensive to sabotage some random hospital in the middle of nowhere?

You know,i swear i knew a guy who would have loved the idea of nan-whatever you called it being used to clean up oceans and seas-
At this sentence, star looked up from the goopy mess and at blast with a bit of a "wait what" look on his face as blast pulled an old photograph out of his pocket and looked at it,squinting
I swear that guy was on this photo with the rest of us ,but it's all ruined from coming to this place!

Taurus is probably upstairs,but i doubt that everyones in one spot,gyro,head upstairs from the outside

gyro slowly descended down after he failed to catch taurus,making sure he didn't crash head first into the concrete,he then looked at the shell of Taurus g,and the guy who came out of it.
