Story:
The gears of conflict grind once again as a interuniversal faction sets its eyes on a small desolate planet. Though it's resources have long since been mined into exhaustion, the inhabitants have yet to give up hope, wishing on the stars that something frees them from their isolated and lonely fate. Still, others are taking actions into their own hands, doing everything in their power to defend against an foe with unknown and possibly unmatched power. All the while, the skies seem to have grown ever darker. Can the ARDF and everyone else on the planet hope to stand a chance against whatever oncoming danger approaches their way? Tune into find out on: Legacy!
*ATTENTION, ALL ACTORS*
In order to join this forum and get the most out of the forum, it is highly advised you create a character by checking out the rulebook. Another thing I need to state is that this project is intended to be community driven, so any enemies, skills, weapons, equipment, or just about anything you want to create will most likely be added to the project, with credit given if desired. Also, any new data added to one of the databanks will have a |NEW!| next to it.
Commands:
If you wish to view the battle map, type BMAP at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you wish to know where all active playable characters are at, type LIST at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Finally, Legacy's purpose is the idea that anyone can be a Director and add pieces to the story. With that said, certain things may be barred, such as having characters from existing media(Mega Man's excluded from this, but even still there are things barred(see rulebook)) or things like spirits and magic. While these could have in-universe explanations, the genre of Legacy is, in a nutshell, Sci-Fi. There's nothing wrong with making a character that could fit in a fantasy setting, but it has to work some way or another. An example is deities. If you wish to introduce them, make them cosmic forces or a rare species or whatever you wish, just please not actual gods. Please understand that despite all that I don't wish to impede creation.

feels odd asking now,but what exactly is this group meant to be doing? I doubt it's anything like just renovating buildings or picking flowers judging by the fact that you "need everyone we can get"

so basically the guys a lunatic and trying to take over the world with cyborgs,well now I'm even more convinced this was a good idea,thank you for your time Dust then heads back to his little squad
group huddle! The robots form another team talk esc huddle,with dust informing the group about what happened during the talk with acorn,eventually they break off again,and the group moves over to acorn
Well green guy you've struck gold!,you've got yourself some of the best bot busters around and luckily for you-The group poses,with blast and star really being into the pose,dust doing it in a half hearted manner,and gyro trying to hold in a laugh while posing
We'll gladly extend our busting to helping you take out this mayhem causing nerd!

Okay...so I needed to talk to you not in private not because of the situation with Meddy...but with you. I think you've been granted an opportunity of a lifetime. With that suit, you can potentially be able to punch holes in mountains, lift giants, and even wreck the strongest of tanks.
BUT! What good is that strength if it's unguided and untempered? You gutpuched Gyro causing him to kneel over. With the proper guidance, you could of sent him flying. What I'm trying to say is that if you simply stay with me and direct your power at those that wish to cause harm, you can do all those things.
And that "wish to cause harm aspect" is the second reason why I needed to talk to you. You see...that temper of yours...could get you, your squad, even Meddy killed. Save for attacking Gyro and getting upset at the mention of a keyword, I understand you haven't done anything worth berating you over. I fear that if something happens that no one would get a chance to berate you. The chances of this happening are next to none, but one misstep could equal an disaster that you can't afford.

Wha- really? I mean, I only gut punched him like that for a reason, I had no intention to absolutely obliterate him. Now you might be wondering, "Wait, hold on, what did I just hear?" I mean, I had a gym with a dojo for the sake of people having a good lifetime as best as they can... like I had...He then looks at a black belt he has on his person...
I know what I can, and can't do Acorn, and i'm not one the smartest guys, sure, but I know when to hold back, I might know when there might be a chance I can talk some of those robots, or cyborgs, or whatever out of a fight, but I know when to discipline myself when needed... and that wasn't one of those times... but once this whole incident is over, I'll just put this suit not too deep in storage, and start a new dojo. And try doing what I've should have done a long time back, by not making it 900 square meter gym and make it 200. But, I'm still willing to take you up on your offer in case things get too wrong for me out there.He then puts the belt on his waist, tying it up, giving him +10 Wil
