Story:
The gears of conflict grind once again as a interuniversal faction sets its eyes on a small desolate planet. Though it's resources have long since been mined into exhaustion, the inhabitants have yet to give up hope, wishing on the stars that something frees them from their isolated and lonely fate. Still, others are taking actions into their own hands, doing everything in their power to defend against an foe with unknown and possibly unmatched power. All the while, the skies seem to have grown ever darker. Can the ARDF and everyone else on the planet hope to stand a chance against whatever oncoming danger approaches their way? Tune into find out on: Legacy!

In order to join this forum and get the most out of the forum, it is highly advised you create a character by checking out the rulebook. Another thing I need to state is that this project is intended to be community driven, so any enemies, skills, weapons, equipment, or just about anything you want to create will most likely be added to the project, with credit given if desired. Also, any new data added to one of the databanks will have a |NEW!| next to it.
Commands:
If you wish to view the battle map, type BMAP at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you wish to know where all active playable characters are at, type LIST at the end of your post or simply ask.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Finally, Legacy's purpose is the idea that anyone can be a Director and add pieces to the story. With that said, certain things may be barred, such as having characters from existing media(Mega Man's excluded from this, but even still there are things barred(see rulebook)) or things like spirits and magic. While these could have in-universe explanations, the genre of Legacy is, in a nutshell, Sci-Fi. There's nothing wrong with making a character that could fit in a fantasy setting, but it has to work some way or another. An example is deities. If you wish to introduce them, make them cosmic forces or a rare species or whatever you wish, just please not actual gods. Please understand that despite all that I don't wish to impede creation.

Numero uno: Put some resources into Neptune City. I know that the economy is in shambles everywhere, but the situation is PARTICULARLY horrible here. Also, don't replace or scrap any of the existing bots here. They've earned some degree of respect by operating in these conditions, doncha think?
Second: Give us access to military frequencies, both for comms and that fancy new wireless Internet technology, as well as to any facility that isn't restricted above the squad's level.
Three: when this is done and Regal is caught, we all get to go home if we want. Including Taurus.

Gyroman nodded,before taking a running start and jumping off the edge of the building,taking flight after the kite,eventually colliding with the kite and having a short scuffle in the air trying to grab it,almost getting tangled in the mess,he then began to fly back towards the policeman,landing right next to him

With the flip of a theoretical coin, Junk Golem goes first and punches Frostfire Man.
Adding 5POW from Junk Punch to JG's 10POW makes the total damage 15.
For dodging, 3-5=-2. One extra die added. Number falls below zero: no dice rolls.
JG rolls a 3. Though it hits, Frostfire Man's WIL=15, resulting in zero damage dealt.
Surprised, JG leaves himself wide open, resulting in Frostfire's next attack to connect.
Frostfire unleashes a Chilling Flames at the opponent!

No problem mr policeman sir,now please don't lose your kite again,stay fro- Gyroman began walking backwards,doing finger guns at the policeman,before realising that he had placed his foot off the roof
Uh oh. Gyroman then fell backwards off the hospital roof flailing for a second before using the helicopter blade on his back in order to try and slow his descent, but he landed on the ground with an audible THUD
the good news was,gyroman's amour is incredibly light,meaning that whatever he had landed on wouldn't have been badly damaged or injured!
The bad news was that Gyroman had just landed on his but ontop of General Leo
Gyroman then jumped back onto his feet
Well i suppose that could have been wo- As if right on que, The propeller on Gyromans back (which had already looked to be breaking from the fall) shattered into a million pieces, and fell to the ground.
Gyroman then paused,and turned towards the mount of lightweight scrap pieces on the ground,took a second to imitate an inhale of air, and then, proceeded to scream to the heavens

Three robots are just,sitting around on piles of rubble and rubbish, seemingly trying to pass the time,one of them was sitting,reading a part of a newspaper that had been ripped up slightly, while the other two were playing noughts and crosses in the dirt with sticks, However,this thrilling activity was interrupted by a loud scream,causing the newspaper reading robot to look up

The two robots on the floor looked up towards dustman, and shrugged at his comment

I don't wanna hear it,our friend might be in danger and we need to move out towards the direction of the scream, right, Now.Despite the constant grumbling between the two, both blast and star got onto their feet,and followed dust as he headed out of the building and towards the sound of Gyro's scream of rage

Combat Acorn and the gang walk outside the hospital while Crystal Man L walks in at the same time. Acorn can't help but get a strange vibe off the guy. However, before he can say anything, he notices the screaming robot and investigates.

Gyroman was still screaming,holding the remnants of his propellor in his hands,it sounded like he was crying? and mourning the loss of his propellor aswell as being upset due to losing his propellor and no longer being able to fly
