Use this thread for any and all questions that are easily answers in one post.
Things like "where is X?" or "how do I unlock Y?" are appropriate for this thread, as are questions like "how does Z work?" and the like.

@Phannfield : Go to your robots and select any robot you desire. Under that robot is a heart under them. When clicked, you mark them as your favorite. They'll now appear above all other robots when preparing for battle, making it easier to select who you want to send into battle.

Really pointless question, what would happen if i ran 2 instances of mmrpg prototype? such as, if I ran mmrpgp on my tablet, then i ran mmrpgp on my laptop, what would happen? would my data get erased, would i destroy the entire internet? would my devices eplode?

I'm not our handsome overlord Adrian, who makes all the code, but here are my guesses:
1. Both instances update in sync, what you do in one happens in the other simultaneously.
2. Both are independent and can work perfectly, but if you do something contradictory your save file implodes(well, gets corrupted).
3. Only the first instance can affect your save.
Either way, don't risk it.

Something odd is that I don't have the light buster, and Megaman is listed as locked in the database. How can I fix this?

I only hope this question hasn't been asked already-- the keywords "ability" and "database" are too common to search the forum for. There are some robot masters I've had on my team for days, but my ingame database says they're still locked ("unlockable"). Their listed abilities are marked as ??? even though it properly listes how many times I've summoned them. Is this a bug or have I misunderstood the database entries?

They let Robot Masters use the same type as the core, as well as reduce any damage they might take from the same core-type to almost zero.

1: it's a glitch
2: it's your choice, it's hard to defeat a high level RM with neutral attacks only(which works in challenges too, if you want the cool new RM that just came out) but it is free unlike the shop
3: get a lot of starforce then use stat boosts

@ZX-EXE : no, they would have the same level when they are defeated. If you buy the robot, it will automatically be at level 99 (technically level 100 but with 999/1000 exp).

How do you unlock the dark alts to robot masters like cut man for example
do you need to use just neutral attacks to unlock them *like unlocking robot masters* or is it more simple that that?

I believe you have to use whatever robot master's alt your trying to unlock a certain amount of times (try 30, then 50?), then they should appear in the alts/outfit section of the shop.
