This is some general information about the game, but I will summarize the rules: Mafia Game Rules
Basically, there are teams of players (usually two teams), that are fighting each other. The Mafia wants control of the town, while the Townies resist the Mafia and want to keep the town as is. Neutral characters are passersby in the town and just strive to survive, helping either team as they see fit. There are two phases to the game, the Day and Night phase. The Day phase, anyone can discuss who might be Mafia and who might be a Townie, and try to get a majority vote on who might be Mafia, thus disabling them. The Mafia can also vote during this phase, and they will try to instead disable a Townie. At Night, the Mafia all gather to vote on a Townie to disable. The objective is either that the Mafia team is completely under control, or the Mafia is able to overtake the town due to the Townies either numbering that of the Mafia or are fewer in number compared to the Mafia. There will also be roles for each player, as well as a Moderator to oversee the entire game. The Moderator is the only participant in this game that does not have a role, but instead controls the game itself.
Now, this can get pretty complicated, so I have a list of DO's and DON'T's when playing this game, in order to highlight the most important tips for you:
DO:
-Be respectful to other players. Don't pick out a player during the Day phase because you don't like them, but if you think they might be Mafia, that is perfectly ok.
-Encourage discussion to take place during the Day phase. The more you know, the better you'll do in the game.
-PM the Moderator if you have any questions regarding the game. He/She may not tell you about other players, though.
-PM the Moderator if you would like to use one of your special abilities, and on who if a target is involved. Don't announce it in the thread, though, or you'll give away your best element of surprise! If you're given a role with more than one special ability, you may decide how many you want to use...you could use all of them if you wish!
-Try to get a Townie disabled instead if you are a member of the Mafia. Try to make it hard for people to tell if you are lying or telling the truth. If you are Neutral instead, it's your call who you want to vote, Townie or Mafia.
-Communicate with other Mafia members regarding the game progress if you are a Mafia member yourself. Be aware that Mafia members sacrificing one of their own is sometimes used!
-PM the Moderator during the Night phase, after talking with fellow Mafia members, the name of the player to disable. Townies and Neutral cannot talk with the Moderator during this time except if they want to use a special ability.
-Abstain, or pass, if you do not want to vote during the Day phase. You can, however, still choose to use a special ability by PMing the Moderator, as that is an entirely different action.
DON'T:
-Try to communicate with other players unless you're talking Mafia to Mafia. Do not tell anyone your role or get anyone to tell you about their roles. That ruins the surprise of the game.
-PM the Moderator asking for another role. The role you get is what you're stuck with until the end. If the Moderator deems it necessary for you to get another role, THEN you'll get another.
-PM the Moderator asking him/her to end the current phase. The Moderator controls how long each phase lasts, but generally the Day phase lasts longer than Night due to voting.
-Attempt to continue playing the game even if you are disabled. Unlike Hurt and Heal, once you've been disabled, you are done. You may continue to guess on your own who is who, but no communication with others.
-Attempt to play the game if you did not sign up. Unlike other games, this one has a limited time period before no more players will be accepted.
Think that covers everything, so if you're interested in joining a game, and said game has not started yet, feel free to post below saying you want to join. After sign-ups are closed, you will be PMed your role, and prepare for Day 1.

Sign-ups are ending soon, so I'd recommend that whoever wants to join but forget, you might as well do it now or else don't complain that I didn't give you a chance. 'Cause I did. Right now. At this moment.

Everyone has been PMed their roles, so let's all get our enjoyment on, right?
"The year is 20XX. The world has heard multiple times of the triumphs of the historic Blue Bomber, Mega Man. Peace has been restored globally, and it's been said that the Light family are beginning a new project, one only known as 'Prototype.'
However, just because there's no Dr. Wily taking over the world, that doesn't mean trouble doesn't occur still. Take for example, Arcad Metropolis. At first, all was well with the city. While scuffles occurred every once a while, there was never any serious trouble. People got along and shared together, creating a safe haven for humans and robots alike. However, that suddenly changed with the invasion of a discrete organization. While an official name had never been given to this group, the nickname the common folk had was as simple as it was short; "Mafia." They corrupted multiple aspects of Arcad Metropolis, and while they were no Dr. Wily, they were dangerous. Having no Robot Masters to defend the Metropolis, all hope seemed lost....
It would've been, at least. And it still might be. A group representing the town itself came into power, known as the "Townies." At the top of the food chain of this group stood six robots. While none of them were armed, each of these six robots had the trust of the people and the authority to protect the town. However, rumors began to fly amiss, suggesting two of the Townie leaders were actually members of the "Mafia." Here we are today, lying on the aftermath of accusations and on the eve of action.....What takes place now will be up to the trust of the groups and the people within them."
That should do it for any incentive. I'd recommend everyone start taking action now, since the Mafia have shown tendencies of striking early, when everyone's unsure of their accusations....Be bold, my friends. It's either you or your fellow members. Whether or not they'll show the same action, time will decide. Day 1 begins....Now.

...Well, I think we've seen from at least one game that no activity eventually leads to a Mafia victory anyway, so I'm going to let random.org determine who I pick...randomize the list 10 times...and choose the first person....Sorry, TheDoc, but unless people start acting, the Mafia will win. Random.org has chosen you.

However, in the case that you are Mafia, I'm going to do what MBM did in this exact situation and vote TailsMK4 right back for the same reasons he mentioned.

Okay, not the reasons he mentioned, but instead because there's a chance that you are Mafia for being the first to vote. Obviously that's not 100% certain given that I was also Townie last game and was the first to vote. However, the possibility always remains, and my flames of justice burn brightly on this day (I should stop referencing the old game), so I vote Tails.

Well, there's been a fair amount of votes in a fair amount of time, so let's get our move on.
And finally, Day 1 comes to a close in Arcad Metropolis. However, the public was unaware that a meeting was held by the townie council, a meeting that would decide who would become deactivated and recalled. While multiple members wanted to abstain, the few votes that were cast would decide someone's fate. After being counted up, it seemed that.....TheDoc was in favor of being recalled by the council.
Now, no one would've figured Doc could possibly be the type to do harm onto others; He was reasonably fair and showed great hospitality among his peers. Not only that, but the guy was a certified doctor! Nonetheless, by practically what was chance and luck, Doc was promptly deactivated. Whether or not this was the right choice, no one was sure. By the end of the day, the answer was shown......
Doc, noble and fair, was gone. It was a sad hit towards the town.....Or was it? As it turned out, Doc was indeed a member of the mafia! It seemed that proper judgement and a bit of luck happened to occur, and the Mafia suffered a critical hit! However, now came a problem.....One member of the Mafia was found.....So who's the other?
The dawn of the first night starts now. Mafia, make your move.

Well, Night 1 has ended....And unfortunately, someone has fell.
Returning home after such a productive day was bittersweet, but night came, and someone left. Brimstone has been deactivated by a rogue townie. Another meeting has been called regarding the Mafia, and as such, Day 2 begins.
Townies, you know what to do.

...Well...Day 1 went surprisingly well considering it was just a shot in the dark. So that makes 3 suspects left...Meta for some reason agreed with me on Day 1, so I'm not sure what to make of that. I don't think at this point the Mafia would turn on its own kind, so I suspect Meta might be a Townie...so that leaves ThatOneEnderMan and StupidStudiosN as the other two. One is just as suspect as the other, so...I will say StupidStudiosN might be Mafia.

Once again, the Townies have voted.
Once again the meeting drew to a close, and while there were members who abstained again, there was enough to reach a vote. Accusations flew between the room yet again, but votes were tallied and decisions were made. The culprit that was decided this time around?.....StupidStudiosN, another robot who was accused of being in the way of justice.
Unfortunately, the townies made a wrong decision! As it turned out, StupidStudiosN was actually a righteous member of the council! He paid his taxes on time, he was friendly to everyone, he made sure to call his friends on their Birthdays....So, looks like that deactivation was a bad move on everyone's part. Oh wel--....Wait, what's this?
After more reexamination, it turned out our fellow robot wasn't as purehearted as he made itself seem! Indeed, StupidStudiosN was the other member of the Mafia! With the absence of Doc and StupidStudiosN leading the Mafia, it fell apart, and peace returned to the city of Arcad Metropolis. With this, the townies could finally feel safe in their own homes....
Well, that game's over. Unfortunately, StupidStudiosN and TheDoc were put at the bottom of the list, which wouldn't have made a difference if the fact that Random.Org made them Mafia may have made it a bit clear who to choose....That's one hell of a coincidence. Either way, I'm done managing my game, so who's willing to go next?
