As a backwater university's failed attempt at getting funds to stay open and one of the last IT guys/repairmen for anything left in the backwater city of Neptune on the backwater planet Inco, MIDI's job consists of constant dealing with problems. However, he's been recently recruited into an "elite" military force tasked with tracking down a war criminal while also dealing with a not-so-deceased scientist's broken dimensional portal and a recent rampant uptick in bad things happening at one specific hospital on his own time, which is a bit much even for him.
