Developed as an ethical (and cheap) alternative to the use of live animals in circuses, these mechas were bought in surplus for the First Annual Robot Tournament. Their groundbreaking artificial intelligence makes their thinking completely indistinguishable from real pandas -- for example, though their boosters grant them the ability to fly, they have no idea how - just like a real panda.
