Monkey Sutra
The robot use ancient techniques to bypass resistances and negative effects when dealing Swift-type damage. |
"My blood's pumping... Robot, I can tell this'll be a good fight!"
"The road to enlightenment requires a strong soul.. and many, many bananas."
"Hey, let's train together sometime, you and me, take a journey somewhere!"
"Oo-ahh, Robot! I'm already itchin' to fight again!"

Fast, flashy, and juuust a little bit bananas! The leader of the enigmatic Genesis Unit, Buster Rod G strikes the perfect balance between martial prowess and theatrical flair. Designed by Dr. Wily during one of his more “inspired” moments, Buster Rod G combines lightning-fast reflexes with acrobatic agility, wielding his extendable rod staff with the grace of a martial arts master… if that master also had a fondness for monkeying around. Buster Rod G isn’t just a fighter—he’s a performer. He flips, spins, and bounds across the battlefield with unpredictable rhythm, keeping his foes guessing with every leap and jab of his lengthening staff. His speed and unorthodox fighting style made him the natural choice to lead the Genesis Unit, though his lack of tactical experience occasionally leaves his teammates scratching their heads… or in Mega Water S’s case, outright yelling at him. Don’t be fooled by the silly exterior— Buster Rod G is a serious threat who nearly caught Mega Man off guard with his relentless attacks and unorthodox techniques. He’s also extremely bribable, especially if bananas are involved. Rumor has it he’s been seen wandering the wilds of the West after his defeat, training under eccentric masters and meditating beneath waterfalls—all in preparation for his dramatic return to challenge the Blue Bomber once again! Regardless, Buster Rod G is a wild card in the world of Robot Masters— and with the Genesis Unit by his side, dadadadadadada
