you should go and collect starforce first to power up your robots, thats the best thing to do for now

Starforce is a collectable within the game, stages that give starforce can be accessed from the starforce tab, it should be next to the challenges tab when you reach the bonus chapters alongside player battles and randomized missions, theres 1024 of them to collect and they'll boost a robots stats in accordance to their typing

@Nims2DR : sell a bunch of impact cores to reggae. to get impact shards/cores, defeat robots with their weakness

Try using Danger Bombs, it'll get those shards very easy, as long as your robot is stronger than the enemy.
