Any way to boost my Robots past level 100

I am just getting creamed in the player battles and am wondering if there is a way to continue to increase there stats past the leveling system

I have seen certain items that can give robots that use them huge stat boosts how do i get those
Any way to boost my Robots past level 100

auto or kalinka's shop, collecting starforce also helps

well how do i get those items in the shop to appear in the shops do i just need to boost there level or is there something else
