How do I use stat swap? Does the enemy have to have higher attack? Or do I have to have higher attack?

It justs swaps stats with you and the enemy

I believe it only swaps attack stat boosts/debuffs, not the base stat itself. So maybe use it on a robot with Astro Crush?
