As of now, the following robots are restricted to being unlocked in challenge missions.

A really good method i've found is Fire/Heat Man, and Ring Man.. outfit them with Battery Circuits and buff field multipliers, using Astro Crush and Fire Chaser. If your lucky you can get the count down to one robot left before the 10 turn mark.. sadly you'll still fail. (I'm still trying to find a way to beat the mission entirely..)

Got it all you need is Toad Man and Time Man and two Battery Circuits
Toad Man for all but Spark Man
Time Man for Spark Man
Make sure Toad Man is your front person
Spam Rain Flush until you have all but one
Hope that you get hit with a thunder wool or Lightning Beam
Switch to time man use Flash Stopper twice then switch back to Toad Man and use Rain Flush and only Rain Flush or you mess up the mission
So worth it losing my 9,000 BP
Unlocking Sheep Man is easy get Elec Man get an attack Booster and Wily Buster and spam it you will lose the mission or exit the mission but you will Sheep Man and Thunder Wool

I both obtained Sheep Man AND cleared the stage.
Getting Sheep Man was pretty easy. Just used Elec Man with Attack Booster and Bass. I used Bass to set Bass Crush on Sheep Man and Rhythm Satellite on Elec Man, and then switched to Elec Man and used Wily Buster to clear Sheep Man in one shot.
However, how I cleared the stage seems to be very different than others I have seen. I used Elec Man by himself with an Impact Core equipped, and made sure I had Thunder Beam and Hard Knuckle. Hard Knuckle breaks the blocks that reduce damage and hits Sheep Man super effectively. Thunder Beam one-shots everyone else except enemy Elec Man, because of the Electric stage multiplier and the fact that none of them actually resist Electric, and also boosts your attack. This should leave you a few turns to whittle down Elec Man with damage-boosted Hard Knuckle. Buster Charge really helps to efficiently keep your energy full.

I was able to both get Dynamo Man AND beat the mission in one go. Here's what I did:
Elec Man equipped with Space Core, and has the moves Attack Mode, Defense Swap, Rhythm Satellite, Astro Crush, Buster Charge, and Wily Buster. First use Attack Mode, then use Defense Swap to swap your Defense stat changes with Dynamo Man. Then use Buster Charge to fill up, then charge Wily Buster, then use Rhythm Satellite on Elec Man, and then finally use Wily Buster on Dynamo Man and it should kill him in one hit. ON the next turn, use Buster Charge if you need to, and then use Astro Crush to finish the level.
Little bit of RNG involved because sometimes Dynamo Man will just keep using Rain Flush on you, but most of the time he'll keep you healthy with electric attacks. I actually found this one MUCH easier than the Sheep Man one.

oh well. was hoping the appearance of the MM11 gear would've implied something more but a new master is good too.
now i'm back to figuring out what these circuit items are and how to unlock them (lvl 75+ kalinka?)

Found a way to beat it with elemental or whatever abilities
Toad Man, Galaxy Man with Battery Circuit
Spam Rain Flush until he dies (Get Quick Strike'd)
If so then use Astro Crush then anything else
You'll have to be lucky that you don't get Quick Strike quickly if you reach 4 or 5 turn then your fine

@mello_man25 : At the moment, Sheep Man can only be unlocked by defeating him in the special event challenge mission "Dreams of Electric Sheep". Unfortunately, that event ended two weekends ago and is no longer available. This weekend there's a new challenge where you can unlock Fuse Man instead, so be sure to unlock him while you still have the chance.

Here's what I did to unlock Fuse Man for y'all folks, and here's what you need:
1. An Elec Man with Attack Swap, Wily Buster, Buster Charge and [Electric Shot]{electric], with a [Charge Module]{health} equipped
2. Maybe a backup bot in case Elec dies with his same moveset (Sheep Man works best for this)
Once you get into battle here's the plan:
1. With Elec Man up front, do a quick Attack Swap to get Fuse Man's attack boosts
2. Use Buster Charge
3. Now just spam Wily Buster until Fuse Man dies. If he switches and you really need to get rid of whatever is in front of you, use Electric Shot
Good luck y'all

There is way if you want to unlock fuse man if you didnt want to fail or lose; just quit the mission after you defeat him then you'll unlock him

How to get Aqua Man:
1.Put Bass and Rhythm on Dr. Wily's team.
2.Give them both Sponge Circuits.
3.Have Bass use Attack Swap on Aqua Man.
4.Have Rhythm use Rhythm Satellite on Bass.
5.Have Bass use Bass Crush on Aqua Man.
6.Have Bass spam Bass Baroque on Aqua Man.

alright, so here it is
you need a rhythm with the satellite, and a protoman with attack swap, proto strike, buster charge and bass baroque
first, you need to have rhythm give proto the satellite, and get die right after
btw proto should have a spong circuit
then, use these moves with protoman in this exact order
attack swap, buster charge, proto strike and bass baroque(targeting aquaman, repeat if needed while he's hiding in the bench)
also put them on wily's team for that atk boost
you'll fail the mission but get aquaman(Credit to Mighty
