Miscellaneous
Bio: Rotom came through a mysterious portal which has been dubbed an "Ultra Wormhole". He started gathering Evil Energy once to invert society, or so we're told. The part about him going through an area called "da bes levul evur" was kinda sketchy, though. Not much is known about him, such as why he looks purple, but one thing is clear: He's a power-hungry maniac.

Special4: Animosity Bomber: Throws a ball of animosity in an arc at the foe. This also reduces the foe's recoverable health.
Special5: Blowback Shade: Produces a tornado that does little damage, but has high knockback.


Hyper Combos:

1 Bar :
Hyper combo 1: Frustration: Does more damage depending on how low the user's health is.
Hyper combo 2: Foul Play: Uses a stronger version of the a foe's special against them, decided randomly.
Hyper combo 3: Hex: Reduces the foe's recoverable health instead of doing damage regularly.

2 Bars
Hyper combo 1: Pain Split: Averages the user's and the foe's health. Useful when you're at a disadvantage.
Hyper combo 2: Facade: Does more damage depending on how low the user's recoverable health is.

3 Bars
Hyper combo: Turn To Stone: This attack takes a pretty long time to charge, but if it's pulled off, the foe is instakilled, unless they're a machine, in which case it does immense damage and restores Rotom Matter's Health proportional to the amount of damage dealt.

Starforce System: Empty: Makes all of the user's attacks power up considerably, but lasts only for a shorter amount of time.

Sup, it's RSB. I'm posting this from my phone because I am about to get a new computer for my birthday on the 28th. It's gonna be an Alienware desktop and will run much, MUCH faster than a laptop.

I used to try to tape my laptop's frame back together, (which is like performing surgery when you think about it) but now I thibk letting that old thing suffer anymore from its injuries. I need to say farewell to it. Not the files though, they are gonna be transferred.

By the 28th I should be able to contact you via my Alienware. Having a desktop from the cosmos will boost my haxor cred too, I hope. Maybe MM5 will have come put in between that time (hah, not likely.), but I won't be able to enjoy the new content right away.
