All of Beta's group decides to start searching for party locations... Save for Jazz + and his group, who decides to remain by themselves.

...Don't be foolish. To them, we are just as much of a monster as Regulus was. They won't ever forgive us, nor will they ever consider us as friends. As such, it is a pointless endeavor to act otherwise and join in their festivities.

...I'll admit, it certainly holds promise. And with this world's wide selection of largely capable fighters, it would certainly be quite the spectacle...
...But I have seen many of these tournaments come and go throughout the Omniverse. Not a single one of them held true to their promise. What makes you think anything will change?
Well, besides the fact that we're offering a rather large reward for the victor... Many of the warriors of this Omniverse have fought to protect the world. I would imagine fighting for the sake of friendly competition could be a decent change of pace.
