@Shiver : Congrats on doing meaningless tasks over and over again to increase your rank in a slow, boring process that just shows how despite we need a leaderboard reset. So congrats, you done it. You are above the rest, but really, at what cost? It took Months to even get close to getting there, and now you are there, all you get a star and getting to be in the top 3, thus being featured on the front page of the site. @Boyical : First off,
You need to have far more than a 5 point scale. After all, you can't give decimal ratings.
Second off, you NEEEEEEEEED more than yourself as a judge. More judges means more opinions, better scorings, and otherall, a better contest.
Finally, when a participant breaks the 5-color rule, don't disqualify them, just give them minus a point or two.

So here are a few questions:
1. Wait, who are the judges?
2. What is the judging scale?
3. How does any points are given out?
4. This isn't a question, but you forgot to link the NES Palette.
5. Is this supposed to be only in a Mega Man style?

Cut Man is a fun robot master and a fun fight, but sure isn't the best, good weapon, at least...
Gemini Man is a strange robot, has a fun personality, and his weapon is unique, but ehhh...
Now...Sunstar, maaaan, Sunstar. He has to be the best final boss in the entire mega man series. All weapons do 1 damage to him, even charge shots, a amazing theme, and, like Ballade, has a unique, interesting, and awesome story of redemption. Along with all of this, he is the only final boss in the entire classic series that ISN'T Wily. Also, for bonus points, his name in japanese literally means SUNGOD. If a robot master seriously wins this, I will be greatly disappointed.

Ballade, Rush is useful, but Ballade is far more of a memorable character in the long run.

You know these are some great suggestions and all, but you REALLY need to stop being so....passive aggressive. Things like... "Inconsistencies ahoy, ladies and mentlegen!" Make people not want to listen, but just want to be like... "Uuugh no one cares, jerk", or something along that. Like, if you can make that not so...angry sounding and outright passive aggressive, then these would be good, alright? Even the thread's name is aggressive sounding.

Anyways, this thread is just pointing out inconsistencies. People make mistakes, and not do their full research. Things like this have been pointed out at lot before. In fact, I do think you have pointed these things out yourself in the chat, when you weren't banned there. Eck.

Ballade, I can't defeat Airman is sure a catchy song though.

Roll.exe, best weapon in the BN series, period.
Tough one, but going to have to go with Sage Harpuia for a slightly better boss fight and character, even if Ballade sacrifice was a pretty cool thing to happen for the Classic series.
Rush, Metonger Z is a neat boss though.
