Except not, because he forgot to power his Speed Gear up with said Dragon Emeralds which allowed Morcery to easily intercept him with his Speed Gear+1.

Meanwhile, Morcery has the Accursed Dragon Emerald #4 and is using it to get infinite spreadshot and Double Gear.
He also makes Google Home play Ralsei's Lullaby to get him in the mood for fighting.

Quint got blammoes and is at Light's for repairs and brain restoration.
Hard Sigma is probably out there causing chaos all over the city.
Most of the good guys are concentrated on fighting Elec Sigma.

Chord managed to shortcircuit Quint, take his I.C.chip out and bring him to Dr.Light's for repairs.
Aight, Doc, this guy's been through a lot. I'd like to ask you to restore his original personality so he's Megaman again, but he still keeps his memories. We'll need his help.

Hmm, he seems damaged enough. Time to execute phase 2 of my gloriously half-baked plan.
*Chord slides under the boomerang, grabs some wires and jumps at Quint, attempting to use the wires to shortcircuit him and shut him down so he can take his I.C. chip.*
