Shadow Mewtwo burns the slime with some form of psychedelic fire made of shadows. Meanwhile, Kirby enters the scene firing several Star Rod stars at the slimes. This is soon followed by the grey slimes being shot at by powerful, maroon-colored lasers.

I suppose, in the end, it can't be helped...

Jazz + appears with Orchestra, Missingno., Techno, and several dozen Jazz Droids. Jazz also sets down a small device (protected by a similarly small but powerful barrier around it) that seems to spawn more Jazz Droids.

Jazz Droids, protect Pop Star's citizens. Only assault the Despair Squad or the gray slimes if you or a bystander are confronted by them... Leave the fighting to us.
UNDERSTOOD.

The Jazz Droids proceed to spread out, protecting Dreamland's citizens. 4 of them also place down 4 more spawning devices, creating more Jazz Droids to protect the citizens.
