Right. Someone should also inform Wraith, Walter, and HT that we're not searching for the Star Scepter for now; Whether or not they want to help us with the Agony stuff, it's up to them.

And even then, we won’t be able to rely on power moves like Beta Supremo or Issoro forever.

Using the two Chronostones to apply the necessary APs, Disarge takes the Duo Kids Toy and Speed Shoes from Ninja Man Psi to give to Banetem, who looks down at the toy, then to the Chronostones, then to the merged Ninja Man on the ground. As he talks to Disarge, he removes the Field Booster from his own hold items to make room (the Third Hand applying the additional space he'd need for the other item).

Disarge then uses his Paradox Man toy to invoke a Centralized Shaker!

We do our best in their stead.

As Disarge follows up with a Photon Missile, Banetem ponders something as he looks down at his Duo toy.



Using his Fusion Move skill, Banetem combines Duo's Gravity Hold SP with his own Flame Charge!



Banetem then charges up a Fusion Move of Duo Superlaser and Water Pulse!

When we last left Beta Man and the others, they have traveled to Crossroads City- a refuge for those who have been sent to the Chaos Zone through (naturally-forming) Omniholes- to search for someone who may know of the Star Scepter, a powerful artifact that may be the only chance they have against the powerful Trio. But with no luck so far, our heroes have spent countless nights in the local hotel. With nobody else thinking of any ideas, all they can seem to do is watch the clock as time passes by.

And then, what of myself? I, too, had something stolen from me, just not by the hands of a "rat". Rather, it was circumstances that has stolen my opportunity.
An event finished as soon as it begun, I was removed from that situation and left to try and find something else to do with my time... Little did I know, I'd find it in the middle of a drink.

The detective then reveals himself...

Avoiding the lasers as much as possible, Ray eventually positions himself behind a mine, before using his tail to knock it towards Fukurokov!

Speedy gets up and dusts himself off.

Ray tries to smack Fukurokov with his tail, only for an energy barrier to surround the bird!

Nice try, but I've made some precautions to make sure I wouldn't just be done in by some blunt-force trauma caused by a... slight miscalculation.* Problem one: I left myself vulnerable. Solution: a force field designed to protect myself from all sides.
Problem two: The lasers of which I used on the fox were... limited in range and coverage.* Solution:

The drones then fire at Ray, preventing the flying squirrel from making any more attempts at attacking. Eventually, Ray resorts to flying into the sky to avoid the laser beams and think of a plan.

Feels is immediately knocked back by a Hard Knuckle from Bearenger's buster, but quickly recovers right before a barrage of small explosives are tossed his way. Feels dodges them all with ease, before knocking the rocket back with a Homing Attack

*Friendly reminder: Since I am not making the Shaggy mod canon to CZ, neither will the "Retry" ability that was introduced in the same mod be canon, either (since as far as I know, it's not canon to Friday Night Funkin' proper, either). As such, should BF meet an untimely demise, there would be no means to reverse it.

So for the sake of the plot, his death will be avoided by any means necessary, if possible.

How BF managed to survive Sonic.EXE and Lord X during his encounters with them without such a power? Well, luck, mostly.

Well, I feel like now is a better time than never to do this.

Ninja Man Psi downs his Large Monster Energy Drink, restoring his HP to 150%! He then unleashes a Cosmic Laser Mach-Gun (he should have about 81 WE at this point) before using a Chronostone and his Senshi Dragon turn to use Buster Charge twice!

Meanwhile, Reggae uses Energy Support EX and Defense Support EX to try and help out the other raiders, before following Ninja Man's lead and doubling up on Buster Charges with his Senshi Dragon turn and the other Chronostone.

Meanwhile, Gagaku- no longer under the effects of Senshi Goat- proceed to use his last Super Pellet to maximize his stat boosts before trying for another Gagaku Pounce.

Omi "the Cron" uses the Salt Lickers once again. (Until I make the stats, you can just refer to the summon version of Beta Shadow on the Summons Sheet for calculations.)

I've been checking on him from time-to-time. He's still down in that generic G-Mod map .EXE left him at; It doesn't seem like he'll be leaving it until either BF dies, or he does his part in the plan.

Sanic is a memetic character, derived from a poorly drawn image of Sonic made by someone a long time ago, and has since went down the path of infamy... And it's this memetic status which Sonic.EXE seems to have a disdain for, which is why he would rather avoid using him at all.
So if he doesn't want Sanic on the team, then why is he?
Because I insisted. I told him was the only way I was going to agree to follow along with this whole thing. Do mind that I am NOT a bloodthirsty killer like everyone else, even if everyone else thinks otherwise. But I just wanted Sonic.EXE to see that there is more to being a "meme" than just being something funny for the people of the Internet to laugh at.
