@Beta Shadow : Don't worry I'm ok with it. Also technically I made Terra the Toppat Leader because he was known as the Leader of the Stardroids at the beginning of the game since Sunstar was no where to be seen and then Sunstar would eventually regain the throne. So basically what I am saying is what you are saying
Edit: Some things make sense for him being the Right Hand Man since Sunstar would eventually help Mega Man, similar to the Toppat King Route in Completing the Mission
