Strike Man's is cool and all, but I imagine he would "commentate" his plays.

Start: "Strike Man enters the game, eyeing his opponent...."
Taunt: "Strike Man is obviously going for the no-hitter, but for how long?"
Victory: "Three strikes! He's out of here!"
Defeat: "Ow! It seems Strike Man will be out for the rest of the season!"

All Robot Masters will be playable when everything about them is done. Also, if you post a comment RIGHT after you post another, just press edit.

Although Ring Man's is cool, that's not what he does.
Ring Man: Ring Combat Robot
"Ring Man was created by Dr. Cossack as a police robot to counteract the increasing amount of crime involving robots, having enhanced abilities to be able to deal with a wide variety of robots. His main weapon, the Ring Boomerang, was design with a ring shape to make it easy to hold and avoid fatally injuring human culprits."

What about Special Dialogue? As in......

Proto Man to Mega Man
Start: "Let's see which of us father made stronger! "
Victory: "Your trust is holding you back from defeating me...."
Defeat: "Maybe you are the superior model, Mega Man..."

Mega Man to Proto Man
Start: "Proto Man, what are you doing?!"
Victory: "I really didn't want to do that to you....."
Defeat: "You did really good, Proto Man....."
