An overhaul to Hyper Storm H.
Start: "You wanna fight me? Ok, but I don't exactly see why....."
Taunt: "I'm hungry! I want some bacon...why you looking at me like that?"
Victory: "You're done for you.....You like my ears? Thanks!"
Defeat: "You lied to me! If I didn't fall for that move, maybe I could have won......"

You beat it with Light, Wily and Cossack? Check again if you beat it with all characters. There shouldn't be a problem. Also, if you post a glitch, put it in bugs, not general. Keeps it organized.

They say that the first things the you create of something is special to your heart, but we all know that's an excuse to how BAD it is. For example.....
This is older Turbo Man

Start Quote : "You think you can catch me? I can go 200 mph!"
Taunt Quote : "How do you like my new sound system? Worth every dollar!"
Victory Quote : "You were only a little bump in the road!"
Defeat Quote : "Man, now I have to get to the repair shop!"

That needs an edit....
Start Quote : "Baby, I easily go over 200 mph. Are you scared now?
Taunt Quote : "When I compete in the "Battle and Chase", my sound system's gonna be booming!
Victory Quote : "I'm just a hunk of Burning Wheels, you speed bump! Calling it "Robot-necking"!
Defeat Quote : "I think I really need to call Repair Man right now...."

I kinda based it off a certain "King of Rock".....
