@QuintAnother : the stat points are for each character, so you dont have to split them between characters. that said, you dont have any extra char slots (i think?)
also the duo you made needs some balancing for when you do get him (for example, 30 damage on a 2 we attack that can fire a variable amount of times)

quint can be found randomly in star fields as a boss (not obtainable character),, but i think you have to get all 1024 stars first.
