I don't have much to add to this, but...
1. Saying "SHUT UP!!!" to ANYONE here is rude, disrespectful, and just plain mean, man.
2. Muti-posting, like Beta already said, is not allowed, please, use the edit button.
3. Again, I don't think Shovel Knight will be in this, like all of us have explained, so...why any others? Ech. Being rude about it sure doesn't help your cause.

Now, what. On the subject of "its a fangame we can't get sued waahhhh"...Do you not remember AM2R? Pokemon Uranium? DMCAs are a thing. Companys can, in fact, use them. Second, cool, it was made by Yacht Club, neat. They still have the power to, and very much can, take down this game for using their IP without their permission. While Capcom has before indirectly said they will not ever take down any Mega Man fangames, Yacht Club still can. Of course, it very much is possible, after all, Super Fighting Robot did have a secret Shovel Knight boss fight, but none the less, it would be unneeded, and unnecessary.

What I'm trying to say from that sarcastic sentence is while that be....cool, I guess, the majority would prefer actual mega man. A cameo thing might be possible but would be weird and unneeded, and again, would require tons of IP garbage. Besides the obvious IP garbage that would be needed, there would have to be sprites, programming, and what not. I've said it before, and I'll say it again, these bizarre ideas like this would be cool, but an actual, new update (though that teaser "update" was neat) is what the majority wants. Sorry for disappointing you, if you really did want this.

This requires a ton of sprites, programming, possible new fields, and weapons, etc, and seeing how the game is already is unbalanced as it is this is just a horrible idea at the time being. The last update was in April, with some incredibly small fixes on GitHub and the such later on. People have waited literally years for a major, non-balancing or whatever, update, such as the long waited for Mega Man 5 update. Along with that...the idea for the mega evolution or whatever just doesn't make sense in a gameplay perspective. For example, how come there are some robots with "X" or "Y" Mega Evolutions, yet no counterpart, like how actual Pokemon mega evolution works? Besides possibly the Mega/Proto/Bass trio, I don't see why robots like Pharaoh or Crash Man need more than one form of this theoretical idea. With all of this though, there would also be the thought of how useful would they actually be...and I don't think they would be or would be too overpowered. Again, the game has enough major balancing issues as it is, this just wouldn't help that issue at all.

If anything, at least it would be a cool idea for Shiver's Megamon thing that she is working on? i dunno lol

@Buddy1 : neat but that is very believable, even as early as mid-2015, people have played this on things like PS3s and the such. it's a non flash browser based game, so that makes perfect sense

long answer: A lot of people have asked this, and they always get the same answer. While it would be cool if the MMK were playable, they are boss fights that will always stay that way. Maybe their weapons, though? Maybe?
