Now then, I was gonna have Anemone gain stats by beating bosses in Mechanical Mayhem by having the souls each boss drops flow into her and power her up, but I suppose that’s a moot point now.

When the smoke clears, it turns out Lucemon's attack sent Mega Titan flying into Rock Tunnel!
...However, Mega Titan then soon emerges from the rubble with only a small amount of damage taken from the attack, other than a scorch mark or two.

Moron! This armor's made from some of the toughest stuff in the Mirror World, making it practically indestructible to most forms of attack! Plus, it doesn't look like you can spam attacks that big very often, meaning your options right now are likely pretty limited in terms of raw damage output.
And since I barely take anything at all from weaker attacks, all I have to worry about is actually HITTING you!

Mega Titan then continues his assault, launching two Mach Punches and two Hard Knuckles.

So, there's two characters I REALLY wanna use in this particular raid. However, those two characters are being used in sidestories that probably won't be finished by the time this raid ends, since they're barely even updated anymore, and one of those sidestories isn't getting updated AT ALL. How do I go about this conundrum?

I see you have chosen the "knuckle sandwich" option.

Mega Titan's four rocket fists fly at Lucemon, the first one performing a Mach Punch, followed by 2 Power-up Punches (1 each from the second and third), and a Hard Knuckle from the fourth!

That's right, boy; each arm I have counts as an entire action I'm allowed to take per turn, as long as it's an attack that can be performed by a hand!
