If you’re wondering why yours is so familiar... Well, you never got to me about what weapons should be used for this (though I guess you simply weren’t online), so I improvised by using some of your Extended Database weapons.

@Brash Buster :

...I see. So we’re doing this now.

You know what? Sure. I’ll let you have your instant-change robot. You can enjoy the custom alt all you want.

...And in return... I’ll be taking 5 bolts from you.

...Yeah. Sorry if you wanted this to be free-of-charge, but quite frankly, with how cheap it is, you should feel lucky that I’m letting you have this at all.
Despite what this is supposed to be, we’re NOT playing games here. And I don’t care HOW harmless it is, I won’t be taking so kindly to ANYTHING that is off-script, lest I allow for MKII-like to occur.
...So, bottom line: You WILL be charged for this. And from now on, if you want to do any MORE alts or remodelling, you will WAIT for Rush’s Shop to be opened.

...With THAT out of the way...

Guard Hound picks up the Energy Upgrade! (As for equipping it... Sure. Why not.)

Gunner

Gunner uses Joe Shield!
Damage dealt to Gunner is now halved!

Time Expert boosts the power of Time Man’s attack!

But Gunner’s HP is already maxed out...
Clock Man 2 moves a space right and 5 spaces up.

Time Expert boosts the power of Clock Man 2’s attack!
Clock Man 2 uses Time Buster on Tox Man!
2 Damage dealt!
Player’s Turn

Tox Man learns Tox Shot!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Tox Shot
Core: Shadow
Power: 4
Range: 1-3
WE Cost: 4
Effect: Covers the opponent in Nuclear Waste. (Nuclear Waste will make the target more vulnerable to Explode Core attacks.)
Learning Conditions: Shadow or Earth Core or Subcore required.

Guard Hound learns Hound Lunge!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Hound Lunge
Core: Swift
Power: 4
Range: 1-3
WE Cost: 4
Effect: Break the target’s held item.
Learning Conditions: Neutral or Swift Core or Subcore required.

Wintry Forefront, F5

...This would certainly make for a good base of operations... Nice, quiet... The scenery is not bad, either, for a place that’s been otherwise abandoned for what may as well been decades...
...Then again, I’m not sure how well the others would appreciate the cold... I mean, I have a scarf, but... Well, who knows.
...You two certainly wouldn’t.

The fig- ...Ah, whatever, we already know who it is by now.

proto-man-ds ...You know, it’s not wise to simply sneak up on others the way you did to me...
proto-man-ds ...Regardless, however... Perhaps you could be useful as training dummies.

Mission Objective: Defeat Proto Man DS!
Player’s Turn

Spade learns Lucky Spade!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Lucky Spade

Range: 1-3
WE Cost: 4

Diamond learns Resonating Diamond!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Enayrk learns Enayrk Miracle!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Enayrk Miracle
Core: Shadow
Power: 4
Range: 1-2
WE Cost: 4
Effect: Damages all foes within 2 spaces, and inflicts them with Fear.
Learning Conditions: Neutral or Shadow Core or Subcore required.

NEW STATUS DATA!

Fear
Effect: Causes the inflicted robot to uncontrollably run away from enemies, incapable of attacking. Lasts for up to 3 turns.

Mondegreen learns Mirroring Mondegreen!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Mirroring Mondegreen
Core: Crystal
Power: -
Range: -
WE Cost: 4
Effect: Uses a random T1 weapon. However, said weapon’s core type is Crystal, rather than its original Core type.*
Learning Conditions: Crystal or Swift Core or Subcore required.

...Unfortunately, HighTower, I consider Bootleg Fire to already HAVE what could be his weapon.

As for Tepid Man... Well, I would’ve gone for something original, but then you tried to pull off the impression that Tepid Man was an Aqua Man ripoff, so...

Tepid Man learns Water Balloon!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Water Balloon
Core: Water
Power: 2
Range: 1-2
WE Cost: 2
Effect: The weapon attacks the target until said target is disabled, or until WE is completely drained. The attack drains more WE the more the attack is used.

*I have based this off of the fact that, upon searching for Enayrk and Mondegreen’s names for their origins (of which the former’s name I could not find), I have discovered that the term “Mondegreen” was a term for misheard lyrics. So, the move is essentially that: Mis”heard” T1 weapons.

Player’s Turn

...Now, then. I’m going to take some creative liberties with what Triton’s team learns.

Since Triton Bubble is based on/from Bubble Man, already has Bubble Spray, and is already Level 4... He’ll get to learn Bubble Lead early!

NEW WEAPON DATA!

Bubble Lead
Core: Water
Power: 6
Range: 1-3
WE Cost: 6
Effect: Deals +2 extra damage to Space Core robots.
Learning Conditions: Level 4+ Water or Earth Core required.

As for Aqua Fishtot... Well. He’s technically a Robo Fishtot, so... While you’re technically not supposed to learn this weapon...

NEW WEAPON DATA!
Fishtot Tackle
Core: Water
Power: 2 (Though, I will raise the power to 4 for Aqua Fishtot only, so that it’s not completely useless.)
Range: 1-2
WE Cost: 2
Effect: The basic attack of Robo Fishtots. Has double range if the user is on a Water tile. (Which... I guess... Aqua Fishtot can’t... really... hm.)

NOTICE!

We have reached 1,000 Posts!

Wow. What a journey it has been... Best AND worst times included.

I want to be able to grant my thanks for sticking with the game up to this point (matter of reboot aside)... So, I’ve decided to give everyone something special: Their OWN Weapons!

Yep. Every player character (or, well, most of them up to this point, at least) gets to receive a T1 Weapon that is based on themselves. Details will be discussed as we get to each individual player.

Jealous of the sort of weapon the others get? Worry not! Said weapons have a chance to appear as a Battle Chip, too!

Enjoy your weapons, and let’s see if we’ll reach 2,000 pages at some point.

Fairy's Forest

A load of EXP, huh? Funny you should mention...
...I've been trying to get some practice in myself.

Iota Forest
Chlorokinetic Warrior

Lively Town - Pokemon Café (D2)

Pikapi... (Yeah... He overpowered all of us, and even killed my friends in front of my eyes... I'm not even sure how I managed to survive...)
Pika... (And the worst part is, it's all my fault. If I was stronger, then I could've-)

...Pikapi. (...There just might be.)
Pika, pi pikachu, pika pika. (In my world, there are 8 powerful gemstones: The Boulder, Cascade, Thunder, Rainbow, Soul, Marsh, Volcano, and Earth Agates.)
Chuuuuu... (They are quite powerful on their own... But together, they can accomplish incredible feats... Including creating a Super Famicom* Wave)
Pi, pikachu... (In other circumstances, I would've believed such a feat to be impossible... But, when I first woke up...)

Pikason pulls out a thunderbolt-shaped gemstone. A golden glow emanates from it...

...Chu! (The glow indicates that the Thunder Agate still retains its power... Meaning that the others have to have ended up somewhere.)
Pika pika! (If I can just find the other 7... I could possibly use a Super Famicom Wave to restore my universe.)

The group sets off on their journey to find the other Agates...
Boulder Agate - Little Papa Beta's (w/ Little Papa Beta's crew)
Cascade Agate - ???
Thunder Agate - w/ The Reincarnates** and Pikason
Rainbow Agate - ???
Soul Agate - ???
Marsh Agate - ???
Volcano Agate - ???
Earth Agate - ???

(OOC: Anyone is able to claim the other Agates, just as long as they are a character or group that is not currently busy with anything else. Also, they are only allowed to find one at a time. In other words, it's the same as Walter/Worship's emerald copies, just much more limited in quantity.)
*A slight in-joke, replacing "Genesis" with Nintendo's "Famicom" console.

...Alright, Toad "Goblin"...
...Prepare to taste my Mage Fireba-

Mage Man quickly realizes that the Toad Goblins are gone.

...
...Note to self: Cast spells with Weapon Energy, NOT Mana. (...Can robots such as myself even USE Mana? Queries for later.)

Mage Man notices the Metall's shop... And spots what is not a stone variant of his weapon, but rather a Magic Tome that contains a spell for casting a Stone variant of his weapon, the Mage Fireball! (...Which, since a stone fireball isn't really a FIREball, let's just call it the Mage Stone.)

...A peculiar weapon. I believe I'll take it.

Mage Man buys the Magic Tome... and then inserts the Weapon Data chip that was inside of it, downloading the weapon. It turns out that the "Magic Tome" was just some form of special casing. He also buys two Large Health Orbs.

The dimensional window was closed. It was actually a normal window MEGA walked up to.

...To be frank, I don't really think I was anywhere. When our world collapsed, I was essentially in some form of comatose within the pages of our comic.
But then, at some point or another...
Beta and Mega Comic Book (June 2020)*

...
...Urgh... that Devil... Where the hell did he-
...
...
...I've then spent most of the time Beta Shadow was in there making sarcastic comments at him.
At my own expense.
I eventually discovered that Beta Devil made himself and Beta Shadow switch places, transferring Beta Shadow's consciousness into an artifact that is known as the previous Anti-Omni Meme... Which, for some reason, became a physical copy of our comics?
Hey, you can't consider yourself a funny guy if you can't laugh at yourself.
Anyways... After Beta Devil was defeated, the comic reverted to its normal state, losing any source of Anti-Omni energy... But due to Beta Shadow's successful efforts to escape the comic, it kinda... tore a wormhole between dimensions that allowed for me to escape into THIS world, with a new look to boot.
...Oh, yeah. The original Author Beta design of Beta Shadow got out from the wormhole in the comic, too, so we might just see him around somewhere, too.

Betallix turns to Sabata.

Also, yeah, the poster's for a team search. A few guys named Soren, Ninten, and Scareteen** are looking for people to join some sort of adventure. They have a boat able to hold 6 people, and we're currently looking for 2 more people.
...Dude.

Betallix turns to MEGA.

DUDE.
You should TOTALLY be our 5th person! We'll be able to go on an adventure again, kinda like old times! Whaddya say?
*The month of which the events of the Beta Devil Arc occurred.
**Soren's, HighTower's, and GammaGuardian's characters, respectively.

Little Papa Beta's

Nah, he's actually the second newest. THIS is the newest take on Beta Man.

Beta Shadow opens a one-way dimensional window, displaying a particular robot...

...This is the Beta Man of the Discorded Adventures Reboot universe, a more privated roleplay between me and Rotom than the initial take.
...He will not be joining this roleplay. Despite a lack of anything actually happening in there, I prefer to just keep DA-v2's cast within their own universe.

The dimensional window closes.

...Anyways, thanks for stopping by, and-
...Hang on. I think I see Betallix right outside the window over there.

The group looks over to the window. Sure enough, Betallix Mannen was there, trying to hang up some form of poster.

...Oh, sorry. I probably should've asked to put up this poster, should I?

Abandoned Wily's Fortress (MM2)

...Well, I suppose I'm heading back on the road again.
