As the Eclipse Cannon V2 slowly pieces itself back together from the explosion, Mecha Sonic Prime sends another message.
"More power hungry primates..."
"You failed to realize something: if everything is nerfed, nothing is."
"And furthermore, you think I can't defy the Omni-Meme?"
Suddenly, a bomb blows up a chunk of the Eclipse Cannon V2...irrepairably!
That's what he said, all right! Dyna Man rips out the radio, and destroys all the ship's claws and smaller cannons with a Dyna Bash 19!
Hah! All those defenses were designed to ward off Characters! 
Now, I'm not even remotely as strong as Matt. And I'm no Moderator. Heck, I'm not even on Beta Shadow's level. But I'm still a level above YOU!!! The Eclipse Cannon V2 is decimated!!!
New Dyna Bash Maximum Power Level: 19
Nuclear Detonator: (Explode) The user throws a bundle of dynamite that explodes on contact, or upon remote detonation.
Supercharge Type: Flame
Fantastic Blast: (Explode/Laser) Created by combining Dyna Man's normal powers with a Fantasy Seal. Dyna Man throws a warhead wrapped in energy-infused paper seals, creating a massive explosion of fire and magic.

The Crystal Coconut 2 fails to affect the self-piloting, and thus technically robotic, Eclipse Cannon V2.
So, Dyna, I know you've been wondering about the weird stuff you've been predicting and seeing without actually being there. Frankly, I would've asked you again had you not been pushing away my questions. ...do you remember the Hierarchy? 
What, the power level thing? 
Yeah, what about it? Where exactly have you been over the course of these...oh, four years or so? Erm...a tournament, a defense mission...I think I even went to a place that was crazy like this while being some kinda Ryu wannabe. And who sent you there? ...some guy called Brash Buster. Don't you see? Brash Buster doesn't feel comfortable creating a Reaper for himself. That's why he found you, turned you into something new, and starting sending you in his stead. Y'know what that means, right? 
Dyna Man, you're a Pseudoreaper.

As only a tiny scratch is left behind, a small laser blast from the main cannon launches the Life Virus across Gensokyo!

A claw on the ship effortlessly swats away Metallix 1337 as a message from Mecha Sonic Prime begins to play.
"This is exactly why mass-produced models have no worth."
"Now, listen to me closely, because you'll only live to hear this once."
"We are not on this ship. It is entirely self-controlled, and cannot be disrupted by the likes of you."
"And don't bother trying to find us. Our base cannot be tracked, nor can it be broken. Even our backup bodies will repair faster than you can try and destroy them."
"I've seen what Dark Prince did to Surge Man. Our story's finale will NOT be interrupted so easily."
"This is the Eclipse Cannon V2. An upgraded version of the last Robotnik weapon used before our creator was...disposed of."
"It is equipped with much more than just a single laser. It is covered with missile launchers, claws, and anything necessary to pick away the VERMIN that you all are."

I'm astounded. Even when they added Badniks to bring our goals back on track, they still managed to abandon it in favor of that pathetic fantasy world. 
This is not the story of the Life Virus, nor is it the story of Gensokyo. They're addendums, and nothing more. 
This is the story of Badniks. Robo, start the machine. 
AFFIRMATIVE. POWERING UP THE ECLIPSE CANNON V2. 6 minutes until Dub Eggman's Twitter accounts are deleted. The device's beeping can be heard right behind (and below) Devil Man.
Guillotine: (None/Cutter) Summons a guillotine blade to slice the target. Has a very long cooldown time (at least half a story arc's worth), but is a guaranteed, incredibly powerful hit (albeit not the one-hit KO you may know it as).

D-R Wave, Rho-volt Torch, Disast-R Oil, and Mechabit bypass the stairs easily with their Moon Jump, with Flow-R Blade making his way up there with a Blade Ride and D-R Shark simply dashing on-foot fast enough to catch up with the rest of his team!

Water Cannon: (Water) Fires a spread of three water balls that travel in an arc.
Homing Vulcan: (Missile/Swift) Fires a missile that homes in on the target and explodes. Also known as Forte Vulcan.
