Then, Killer Bat disappears, then a new shadow comes out, significantly weaker than Killer Bat in the physical department, but in offensive magic, it reigns supreme... a combination of a Dragon, a Minotaur, a Phoenix, and a Sabertooth Tiger**... The Chimera! The head, body and arms of the blue dragon, the horns and eyes of the minotaur, phoenix wings and feathers on the top of it's chest, and the claws and hair tuft of the Sabertooh Tiger.
*In plus, after beating a stage called "Frozen Hall", one of the main characters finds a prism containing a shadow that could work as one of two sub classes you can have. The Chimera Prism can be obtained by beating one of the final side-quests.

The Wind Rapier line - A sword substitute for the Assassin class, the Wind Rapier, when charged to Winda or Windus, the strongest variation, has the chance to slow the enemy down. Can also pierce in case of any enemies behind the target, though range varies between levels. Can hit three targets if uncharged, four for mid-charge, and five for high.
*In Blue Dragon's ds sequel game, Blue Dragon Plus, the models for the shadows have limited animations, so I'm going to do some clever, but logistical, thinking since the attack animations are reserved for the shadow wielders rather than the shadows themselves.
