As Alpha Fire and the hidden figure talk, Dark Elf is trying to figure out how to undo Kiddy Kong's corruption, not willing to leave someone for dead ever again.
Then, she, Dyna Man, and Kogasa feel something.

What's wrong? ...something happened to Beta Shadow. ...except D-R Shark Man, who crosses his arms and chuckles.

hole got what he deserved. SAY THAT AGAIN AND I'LL SCRAP YOU ALIVE. I'd say it a million times more! He was so caught up in deleting occupied worlds that he never thought about what it's like to be caught in the crossfire! Or worse, NOT be caught in it!!! Don't act like you don't know. You and your brothers were just as much victims of Dimension DOS' abandonment as WE were. 
What, like you're the only ones?! Don't you remember what I came to this Dimension for in the first place?!?! What I wanted from it?! 
Oh, like that gives you an excuse for nearly wrecking the balance of DK Island and letting Kahtos almost blow it to SMITHEREENS?!?!

Libra has gathered the residents of Gensokyo (save for those who were away from the nuclear fallout) in an unknown location. As he hears Regulus talk about the hierarchy, he responds, while preventing Gensokyo's claimed and unclaimed cast from hearing to avoid any emotional 4th wall struggles.
I'm not going to bother intervening with what you did to a Reaper. That's part of the story. What I am going to point out, however, is that the hierarchy is horribly outdated. Back when Beta Devil revealed it on Page 20, Reapers were the strongest hierarchy beings to show their faces. And to say things have changed since Beta Devil's first attack would be the biggest understatement on the whole site. Now, I can't update the hierarchy. Even with my best estimates of power, that doesn't change that I didn't write it. I don't expect someone under Beta Shadow's ownership to revise it on the spot, either. I'm just saying that you have no reason to undermine the power of Kirby, El Grande Padre, or even Cranky Kong just because they're absent from insufficient data.

Metal Sonic has just finished explaining the situation with Regulus to Crescendo and Schmitt.
I'd certainly like to know how the three of us are going to get anywhere. Schmitt and I don't exactly have positive public images, and you've killed at least five people on top of being partially responsible for Jazz Hands. 
Well, before we worry about quantity, let's discuss quality. Chances are, anyone who fights against Regulus needs to be, at worst, a jack of all trades. Defense or speed over attack? You're not going to scratch him even with the backup. Attack or speed over defense? You're a piece of wet tissue paper who's going to blow up if he looks at you funny. Attack or defense over speed? He'll wear you down to nothing before you can move an inch. And that's without talking about robots with type weaknesses. They're less common than some think, but they exist. Air, the All-Star Numbers...even the DOSBots, from what I've scanned of them, have weaknesses to certain dual-types. Our first step of preparation lies with these: These Medallions enhance abilities of their type, and reduce damage taken from the type. We need to figure out who in Dimension 1 and 2 are in the most need of one or both.

Giv 'er a sec. Song of Healing: (Recovery) A song that heals (and, if necessary, revives) the target, curing them of any removable status effects or corruptions in the process.
Muted Echo Chamber: (Shadow/Defense) A variant of Echo Chamber* that lacks painful sound-amplifying effects, even if used on an enemy.

It has been claimed that the things that cannot be cut by it are close to none. Supposedly belonged to a human-phantom hybrid, but there seems to be just a leaf where a flower should be...

Crescendo and Schmitt are now leaning on opposite walls, their heads turned to Metal Sonic.
So, blue bolt bucket, what story have you got for us? Some time ago, my body was crushed by some sort of opaque beans. It nearly destroyed me...key word being "nearly". I took refuge on another planet, where I repaired my body while staying in hiding. 
...so you hid yourself while you repaired your- Quiet. In any case, I gave myself the speech capabilities of my Neo form; frankly, I was sick of not being able to speak. ...why didn't you just transform into Neo Metal? Truth be told, I've never figured out for sure how to switch to that form. I was getting ready to target the new wave of pathetic Robotnik imitators, but something else forced my attention away. Do either of you know what just happened to Gensokyo?

Libra uses two Gathering Scales to escort the residents elsewhere.
...aren't you going to do anything about Gensokyo itself? Like I said, if the destruction of Gensokyo is a part of the plot, so be it. 
I was foolish to go talk with that hidden figure. I thought it was an unwarranted abrupt end, but it seems like, in truth, it's another beginning. But still, I'm not going to let the Fantasy World's entire population go to waste. Even ignoring those that some call "background characters" has been enough motivation for past villains to take action. Even if not all of them have a writer to take them under their wing, I'm not going to let such a chance be taken away from them. Besides, those who can fix Gensokyo's current state can take action later. At the moment, though, even Keine's ability to erase history or Yukari's ability to manupilate boundaries can be cancelled out by this new, unseen threat. All any of us can do until then is leave Gensokyo alone. (OOC: To clarify, I have not actually claimed any additional Touhou characters. The only ones I've claimed are Rika, Kogasa, Daiyousei, Rumia, Orange, Sanae, and Suwako, of which only the latter three are currently with Libra.)

Chaos Zone was created for people to be as strong as they see fit. Anything can be stopped or saved if it isn't breaking a written rule. And the only way this Universe, let alone its Omniverse, can truly, irreversibly, be destroyed... ...is for the thread to be deleted.

I refuse to back down unless you can prove otherwise.

Great. Another one of these fools who doesn't accept the fact that morality exists. It doesn't matter how much it may or may not seem like it, but morality does exist. Because the concept of morality goes beyond the Multi-Omniverse. All the way to the people writing us. Those who act like heroes and villains don't exist are either neutral figures who have given up hope, or villains who are trying too hard to justify themselves. And it's going to take a conversation with whoever's behind that keyboard to convince me you don't fall under the latter category.

Ah, so you- SHUT IT. Dyna Man slams Mecha Sonic Prime's head into the floor! I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU WANT, AND FRANKLY, NEITHER DOES ANYONE ELSE. YOU HAVE NO REASON TO STICK AROUND, SO LIE DOWN AND DIE. Dyna then rips off Silver Sonic Primes arms, wraps them around his head, and tears it off!! BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, YOU CROSSED A LINE THAT NOBODY, AND I MEAN NOBODY CROSSES UNLESS THEY HAVE A DEATH WISH. Dyna tears Robo Sonic limb from limb!!! NOBODY. HURTS. MY. FAMILY. Dyna Man decimates the entire base, save for his teammates and Volt, with a Fantastic Blast!!! Guys, we are done here. As Dangan Man carries Volt Man with him, the team heads back to Earth, with Team Mecha finally gone.

Dyna Man proceeds to leap onto his infected brother, and is about to remove the final three shards...but he hesitates. 
Dyna Man, do it!! 
...he's hurting so bad... As Dyna Man begins to choke up at the thought of his brother being hurt any more, Volt speaks to him. 
Dy...na... You..can...do...it...pain...will stop... Closing his eyes, Dyna Man rips out the last of the scrap metal from Volt Man's body!!!
Volt then drops to the ground, silent but barely functioning...
Dyna Man proceeds to leap onto his infected brother, and is about to remove the final three shards...but he hesitates.
