Rika, with all due respect, I don't think Mighty's going to give the Ring of Spite to somebody else. He wished for it on GRANDER NOVA, he put it to use, and he has his reasons to keep it. 
Fine. We'll speed the rest of this up by splitting the teams, then. Torch, Shark, you two take the Chaos Rings and try tracking down Harpy. Not only has she been one of the Dimension's most peaceful inhabitants, her past experience as the Omni-Meme has likely affected her as well. 
Wouldn't the Defteros fella be better off with those things? I would agree completely if it weren't for the fact that I have no clue where he is, and him being exposed to an actual World Ring was how Regulus got his destructive power in the first place. No way in heck am I letting a repeat of that happen. Dark Elf, Bit, Blade, you take the Ring of Bravery and...well, search. There are a few people I can think of who could wield it, be it in their name or from the ability to fight to the death against Duracell, but I'm not sure how prepared or available they are. Many options are open there. And Oil and Wave, you two take the Ring of Serenity and wait for Kappa Whirlpool's return. If it takes long enough or he declines...it's yours, Wave. Mango Sentinel is launched by the Orochinagi! It gets up, seemingly preparing something...

(OOC: I mean I was kinda expecting another Yggdrasil ring anyway since you mentioned it cracking earlier and it is one that you invented; I was just caught off-guard by it representing every single emotion because I felt like it was going to make a mess of the plot)

Rika notices the Ring of Need moving towards Asura... That, uh...doesn't seem right. I'm pretty sure he'd be the target for Vengeance if anything, but...that's not happening. Rika, Dark Elf, and the Revolt Robots fly over to Asura's location.
ENTERING COMBO MODE. Mango Sentinel opens up with a Bread-and-Butter Combo: A blast of energy from the mouth, cancelled into a Rocket Punch, itself cancelled into a Hyper Sentinel Force!!

Rika, Dark Elf, and the Revolt Robots are flying over the land...
So, what exactly are we thinking about the remaining Prototype World Rings? Well, aside from Freedom and Regret, which we ended up picking then and there... His contributions to this whole mess for profit make Hades a perfect fit for Greed, and I'm not going to doubt Beta X if Vengeance has been on his mind for so long if he's mentioning events not even Kogasa has half a clue about. Not to mention taking the rings from them, be it through trade or theft, is a one-way ticket to the Zone of Non-Existence... With Serenity and Bravery, however, we still need to figure out who suits them best. Someone with the right amount of cheerful will to fight is pretty difficult to narrow down. That includes a lot of the people who have fought even once in Dimension 1 or 2, including some who may not be ready on the regular. Serenity is the opposite problem. Finding someone who can remain calm and pleased on a regular basis narrows us down to two people, one of which I'm unsure about giving it to, and the other currently being preoccupied with time travel. 
Would you care to tell us why Spite and Need matter? They have rightful owners just as Greed and Vengeance do. See, thing is, I'm not sure how much the current owners of Spite and Need suit their respective emotions. Admittedly, I could see Mighty using Spite in a sort of recursive way, to get back at the Omniverse for his stolen victory against Duracell by proving he can finish a fight...but I'm not sure if it's enough. I'm not sure if it shapes him the same way other Prototype World Ring owners were shaped by their own emotions. And the feeling of needing something out of a personal lack of resources sounds like it would fit just about anyone except the wielder of the Omni-Meme. Of course, that ring was cracking last I checked, so maybe it'll suit him better if it transforms like the Ring of Malice did.

(I mean, if he was outside the lab anyway I'm not sure if it's that much plot convenience...)

Indeed. Given it's unusual origins, it would require a very specific individual. An individual who not only has a strong desire to be free, be it in general or from something specific that they struggle with, but also has some sense of hope for what they want...and on top of it all, high amounts of rage. 
Your description does remind me of an individual I heard from the water's echoes before I surfaced to calm Dyna Man back when Surge Man was still a threat... She matches all of those descriptions. She has a goal that she won't give up on accomplishing, said goal keeps her alive - in a sense, free - and she's a ruthless fighter. Unfortunately, if we want half a chance at convincing her to get involved...she's going to want a lot of Cores or Xels. (See Pages 34 and 35)

Dark Elf and Dr. Doppler return with the final three Prototype World Rings.
We've found the Ring of Regret, which I shall wield. All we need to do now is determine what these final two Rings are, and find their suitable owners... Well, I wouldn't say that's all we need to do... Rika explains the imbalance of the Prototype World Ring emotions and subsequent re-balance the Chaos Ring and Purity Heart could provide... (OOC: Because it'd be dumb for her to physically explain it twice)
...so we simply need to bring them as well? I think. I'm not too sure if it's enough to handle Hope, but- ...never mind. I really need to start adding notes about these moments... So, yeah. We should probably just bring the two we've got plus the Chaos Rings and Purity Heart, then figure out along the way if Freedom, Spite, or Need should have their ownership transferred...

⬛⬛⬛⬛ Corruption cannot be controlled. The whole reason why Kiddy was being kept corrupted in captivity was because there's no known way to rid someone of the ⬛⬛⬛⬛ Corruption, and if there's any way at all, it's something a higher figure would have to handle. It's not a toy, and you shouldn't be playing with it.
Rika is banging on the table in frustration. Rika, what's bothering you, dudette? I was being an idiot!! The whole reason why the Prototype World Rings weren't used was because they didn't have a proper balance of positive and negative emotions!

With the final group, Rage, Hatred, and Sadness are the negative emotions, with Joy, Pleasure, and Hope as the positives, and Wishes being the in-between...
...but I completely forgot that among the Prototype World Rings are Greed and Vengeance! Hades has that first one, and Beta X has the other!
Meaning somehow there eight Prototype World Rings, and on top of the two I just mentioned, Malice, Spite, and Regret all make up the negative side; Need is neutral, which means there are only TWO positive Prototype Rings!
And none of them match up with Hope!!!
Rika rests her arms and head on the table in defeat... ...Ms. Rika, I'm not sure what you said, but we can fix this. I don't know why we couldn't! I don't want to see anyone get hurt; we can turn this around for the sake of our friends! ...?
