There's a lot wrong with this character.

First, as Soren correctly pointed out, you put 29.5 stat points into your character despite only being allowed 20. Please remove 9.5 points from your character.

Second, the Shadow type doesn't exist in this roleplay, I'd imagine Skull Man could be an Earth type robot if you wanna roll with that.

Third, Commands and Passives are determined by your Boons/Banes, Core Type, and Sub-Core type. You will gain different abilities as you level up.
