I greatly appreciate it, Mighty. 
These freaks wanna send us back seven decades! What reason did I have not to stop them?! 
To be honest, at first I thought it was fine. I didn't think there'd be a peaceful way to solve this, but if there is, I'd rather do that. How do we know this is peaceful?! Regulations or not, nothing here suits what the UKR wants, and I have every reason to believe if I didn't come and pop a cork in someone, they'd take it all away. And I have every reason to believe they're still going to do that.

...wait, only now? I mean, I guess this is the first time we've gotten XP from anything... Dragon's Eye: (Electric/Water) The user fires two glowing orbs connected by a bolt of lightning. The bolt rotates, and the orbs increase in size with distance.

Dark Matter is a threat Pop Star takes very seriously. If the UKR is obtaining power from it, we need to find it. We found ourselves here for other reasons, but when Dedede, Bandanna Dee and I are finished, we're heading straight to Doppler Labs to obtain more information. 
Suwako and I chimed in because Mighty told Dyna he needed him and an exorcist; since I'm a wind priestess and I've worked with youkai extermination he figured I was close enough. ...wait, why was R.O.B. here? So, what's the problem? ... (...the voices I heard when scanning that heart shard told me something.) ... (I've done enough research on Dark Matter to know that for the majority of its first two invasions, you were a major host. Do you know what you did at that time?) Doppler Labs
Gh!! Fang drops the soldier and stores the walkie-talkie under his hat, using a Triple Cork to pick off more soldiers!
The remaining soldier corpses gathering against the back of the lab cause something to happen inside...

As Fang continues to try shaking down the same soldier he's been pestering since he got to the lab, Volt Man raises a Scrap Wall that blocks the rubber grenades, and drops down on top of the machine gun and the soldiers controlling it!!
Dr. Doppler gets back up faster than before.

Double Tail Whap: (Shadow/Impact) The user smacks the opponents twice with their tail.
Magnet Force: (Electric/Crystal) The user releases a pulse of magnetic energy. Doesn't deal damage, but has tremendous knockback.

DK Island - Kremkroc Industries Inc. Remains
Diddy Kong, Chunky Kong, and Kogasa are searching the island in what is probably the first time any part of it that isn't a beach or maybe jungle has been acknowledged.
Chunky no find things from mean war people. Hm...they haven't bothered with the crazier future stuff, stuff left behind from old ruins, not even stuff from folks like us and the Kremlings... How are we supposed to find them? 
I don't think we're going to find them. ...they're going to find us!! Wait, where's my other Peanut Popgun? DK Island - Jungle Japes

Meanwhile, Dyna Man reaches the top floor of the tower, and sees the heart...
Well, only one thing to do to this! Doppler Labs
The outer defenses of Doppler Labs combined with the Zetta Force Field protect the lab, Doppler, Volt Man, and Fang from being stuck by the blades. They are, however, knocked over from when the blades strike the ground.
Doppler struggles to get up, but Volt Man and Fang jump right back on their feet.
Why'd we be escapin' from you when this lab isn't goin' anywhere? Miracle "Night With Overly-Bright Guest Stars": (Crystal/Weapons, Space/Laser) A Spell Card where the user creates a star-shaped seal that flies up in the sky and creates powerful beams of light.
Native God "Moriya God": (Earth/Weapons, Explode/Shadow) A Spell Card where the user summons a giant, frog-shaped aura around them to attack the opponent.
Nuclear Smash: (Explode/Earth) The user grabs the opponent and slams them straight into the ground with explosive force. If used in the air, both the user and opponent will be sent plummeting.
Max Known Power Level (NEW): 24
Supercharge Type: Shadow
Tail Bounce: (Impact) The user jumps up, and uses their tail to bounce even higher in the air. Is also a powerful attack when bouncing off an opponent.

Dark Elf, Lulu, and Gilgamesh are scouring the ruins for any remnants of the UKR...
Well, it appears we have searched everywhere, to no avail. The Ucker was not here.

Diffusion Beam: (Laser/Wind) The user fires a long stream of spiraling lasers from their eyes, as well as several thinner lasers in the center of the spiral. Has low range, but a long duration, and can build up great amounts of damage.

*bip* (Dark Matter...no wonder the data I scanned was undefined in most places.) Angel Island - Hydrocity Zone
Meta Knight, King Dedede, and Bandanna Dee are exploring the floating island's underwater ruins, when a chill runs down their spines*...

Ah thought dat stuff all went an' faded out! Well, the UKR wasn't here. We'll need to return to Dr. Doppler and tell him to update the radar. Indeed...dis is a bigger problem den we thought. Electric Seed B: (Electric/Laser) Inherited from Dynatron after Dyna Man's second encounter with her. The user plants a pod on the ground, which can be activated to deal constant electric damage. Up to four "seeds" can be planted, and they can attach to opponents.
Mr. Long-Arm and Mr. Long-Leg: (Laser) Beams of light fly out of each of the user's limbs, then home in on nearby targets.
*In a purely metaphorical sense, except maybe in Dedede's case. Maybe.
