@Beta Man : I don't know if you would allow this, but if he is busy right now, we can put this match on hold and continue onto the next one rather than outright disqualifying him. I don't know if you would want to be lenient, but if so, I would be okay with it.

How can I get a hit off on him? The only thing touching him is water... wait a second. Hot Flash!Flare Man releases a Hot Flash in the pool of water, causing it to begin to boil around Megaboy. Flare Man receives next to no damage in return due to his heat resistant structure.

Do you think just because I am Flame core I can be put out? I am FLARE MAN; as in flares, light, energy, but not just straight up fire! My attacks may be doused out by water, but I have no such issue.Flare Man, while floating on top of the water pool, releases a Bright Flare, a strong flash of light similar to Flash Stopper and fires off two buster shots.
