Eventually, Collateral Aeon and the others locate the source of the energy spike: a massive container of Agony, as well as a lone Mag Fly, who's flying above said vat.

The Mag Fly then magnetically grabs onto the tube, and absorbs all the Agony inside, causing more mechas to be magnetically drawn to and unwillingly fused with the Mag Fly, causing it to change form...!

Yeah no, that combo is WAY too OP, especially for an 8 WE move. I'm making it so that if the user's holding a Guard Module or is affected by something that prevents debuffs, it only decreases enemy Defense stats by 2 stages.
Also, the name seems misleading; I feel like "Defense Drain" would be the name of a move that lowers the target's Defense by 1 stage and increases the user's by 1 stage. Maybe we could rename it to something like "Defense Purge" or something like that?

...Anyway, this debuffs Not Canon's Defense by 2 stages. Proto Man also uses Field Support which boosts the Energy and Shield multipliers again, and then unleashes a Big Bang Strike M1K3-ward, dealing a whopping 29463 Damage!
(also I'm nerfing this to only run off the user's Attack stat in addition to having their current health equal the power of the move, but i'm also gonna have it ignore attack debuffs)

Speaking of Dizzy, since there appear to be two definitions of the status (The one defined in Eternal Radiance and the one defined by ch4s3), I'm gonna try to find a "middleground" of some kind, though I dunno if that's what this will be.
Basically, this version of Dizzy has a 35% chance to cause the unit to target either the next or previous unit in the turn order, whether it be ally or enemy.
